Where did your fiance send your petition? Mine is on Texas USCIS.

Every I-129f is sent to Texas where they open each application and scan the important documents into the file. Then the paper and electronic cases are sent to California to be adjudicated. All California receipt numbers will begin with WAC.

Mine is 109 days and im starting to get worried of that. I saw a lot of Philippine petitions getting approved except mine 😢

99% of the I-129f applications are approved. So there is no need for you to be concerned, nervous or freaking out. Calm down. If you want to compare, compare to others from the philippines. Select your flag in your profile in the left column and then a little ways down from the top you will see a link for "Philippines Visa Timelines". Select it and you will be presented with a spreadsheet of others and you can be the judge how you are doing against others.

Check the processing times on USCIS website to determine if you are still within normal processing. I believe normal processing is around 6 to 7 months so you are a ways from the expiration of that timeline which would allow you to be concerned, nervous and to freak out. The link is in the PDF file on the first page.

R received the RFE in the mail!

We forgot to check a box if we used an IMB...

We met through mutual friends so we did not go through an IMB. 😅

Quick question, do we send back just this sheet or with the first sheet that provided the deadline as well? R is making a copy right now before mailing it back tomorrow!

Send back everything they are asking you to return. Letter is not needed but the RFE and your answer with documentation if needed to be returned in an envelope.

Technically speaking, an RFE is a written request for more information and documentation that USCIS mails out if they believe that they don’t yet have enough evidence to approve or deny a given application.

There are many varying degrees of RFE's. Some as simple as not "ticking" off a question. Others forgot the fiancé(e) letter and then others who met on a website and now need to prove that it wasn't a marriage arrangement website.

Once you get your RFE, read over very carefully as you only have one chance to reply accurately without causing undue harm. Once you know what it is set out to correct and to include "everything" they are asking for. Then reread the RFE to ensure you are compliant. Make copies of everything for your record and send back using their instructions which are contained within the RFE. If the RFE requires a signature, PLEASE don't forget this. Include the original RFE letter along with a cover letter explaining what are including in your reply. Like a checklist format. Once received at USCIS your case will begin adjudication where the agent had left off. No one can tell you how long it will take so be patient.

Well USCIS is a federal government agency and so they would think they qualify for a federal holiday.

Today is 105 days since NOA1 (October 7) for us. Hoping to see that NOA2 this week! I had to leave my fiancé this weekend to move back to the US to get things started here for us so feeling sad and could use the good news. Good luck to everyone else waiting for theirs as well! 🤞🙏

If you check the USCIS Office Closings they said that besides some, all the other Filed Offices are open. Same for the Application Support Centers and the Asylum Offices.
They are not the Service Centers but maybe they could be open too at this point...

Let's see:)
