We just received an email notifying us that our I-129F was approved!

USCIS received it October 4th, NOA1 date was October 9th, NOA2 date is January 16th. That's 99 days from NOA1 to NOA2 according to VJ.

Good luck to everyone else who's waiting!

Congratulations, that is great news!

R received the RFE in the mail!

We forgot to check a box if we used an IMB...

We met through mutual friends so we did not go through an IMB. 😅

Quick question, do we send back just this sheet or with the first sheet that provided the deadline as well? R is making a copy right now before mailing it back tomorrow!

I met my fiance on Facebook, is that an IMB? I didn't put any terms and conditions. I'm worried, I might get RFE because of this. 😭

No it’s not

IBM- Definition of an International Marriage Broker "International marriage broker" is defined as an entity (whether or not U.S.-based) that charges fees for providing matchmaking services or social referrals between U.S. citizens/permanent residents and foreign nationals.
