Others have and said to hang up immediately if it doesn’t ring, and call right back until it rings. It might take many tries and then you have to hold for an hour or longer.

I've had it where it rings once and then the machine takes over, it's very frustrating you would think they would have more people manning the lines

Yes I usually have to call 6 to 10 times in a row until the recording changes and I get through.  Was on hold for one hour today they said no case number but they recieved my file on my bday October 28 . Yay . Hoping it's ready for the 12 november shipment.

I agree, the entire process is frustrating and slow

No there isn't a depository of P3's anywhere. I took it upon myself to start collecting them. Though I do not have every embassy I have those that are the busiest or those that VJ'rs took the time to send me a copy.  Here is yours.

This is everything that is needed for DR

Hi! Do you have Turkey (Ankara) embassy's P3?

If you find anything not up to date or the information is wrong, please share your findings. Please compare the date of the P3 of mine with the date from your copy, once you receive yours from your embassy. Keep in mind that I try and be factual with my information, but I can't do it on my own and that's where you come in and can give back to the community those who come behind you. Without others ahead of you I would not be able to provide this to you.  I can only share factual information if folks like you continue to be my eyes and ears for your embassy. I wish you much success in your visa journey.

Finally got through, only to find out they haven't received my petition from USCIS yet

You should have asked me. This is what I tell everyone and their experience pretty much mirrors what I explain and it's' what is in the PDF on the first page of this thread - first post. I'd recommend downloading a copy of the PDF where you find answers to upcoming questions. Since so many asked the same question, just like you did (your's wasn't a question but it was an observation that I made) I created the PDF. Also, when you join a thread it's best to start at the beginning and read each of the post. Good education.

Your case will take about 30 days to get to NVC then another week to two weeks before a case is entered. So you WAYYYYYY to early my friend.

Also, there is a sub-forum for the Philippines here on VJ that you should be a part of. It's a good place to read what others are experiencing which will only prepare you for your interview.

I hope you get a response sooner then later. Good luck.

Oh no!! This process is expensive enough as it is... I feel for you! The good thing is, even if it’s difficult to wait, you’re almost at the finish line 😊

That's what I keep telling myself too! Lots of deep breaths and patience! We can do this!

It's the part that you have to keep them updated or they are worthless if they are stale. Again, my information is only as good as those who feel thankful and give back to others. The selfish ones can go to H _ _ _!

Thanks for your recognition.

Yes, I agree! This site has been so extremely helpful because of the people who have been through things coming back to help - it's so selfish to draw from the bucket and not put anything back in.  Anything new that I learn, I plan to share for sure. Thanks again.

@Greenbaum Do you happen to have one for Sweden? I still have a few months before I can move on to the next step, but I’m really curious 😊
