Thank you! I will work on my timeline, have you booked your interview date? i see you're from Canada. I am as well.

Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Once you finish that then return and you will see a flag in your profile. Select it and see what wonderful information will open up for you.

Thanks

Hi,

We have received the Packet-3 as a mail to the petitioner's address in the US. I found that the letter was dated Nov 22nd, and we got it in the mail by Dec 1st

Wow. That's the first time I've ever heard of packet 3 going to the petitioner's address in the U.S. instead of the beneficiary's address in Canada. May I ask when you submitted your DS-160 info?.. or had you perhaps not done so yet? Usually that is what provides them with the beneficiary's email address and confirmation of that person's home mailing address as well.

I just submitted my DS-160 yesterday. I am hoping to receive the packet 4 soon, although I found it online already, but just want to make it all official if I got it from them. I am just now preparing all my documents and having it all photocopied. I have seen on the scheduling appointment that the next early appointment is in January 8, 2020.

Okay.. that might explain why the packet 3 went to the Petitioner's address instead of yours. You should expect P4 to come to your email address.

I finished my interview today, I'm not sure do I supposed to be happy or what ...interviewer said that visa is approved but that my fiance have to send them original divorce document (witch I already thought that he did) so I just brought copy... and then they will call me to come in embassy to pick up my visa and my original documents. So my fiance immediately send original via FedEx. Gentlemen told me that when they get it, few days later my visa will be in passport. You have detailed interview on my timeline. Good luck everybody, my advice, triple check everything

Am I supposed to only attach the evidence listed on my P3 or all the evidence on the I-134 instructions?

What is on the P3 is what the embassy is looking for BUT in my opinion you may consider more evidence as outlined from the I-134 in the event you are close to the poverty line.
