Also, can you do a little housekeeping for us please. Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.

I don't have the P3 instructions for your Embassy. If and when you get a copy if you could share with me then I would be able to share with others who come behind you.  Here are a few things that I did find the can be used as a primer.

 

From the Serbia Embassy's website: Interviews are by appointment only! You will receive an appointment when you have submitted your notice of readiness confirming that you have all the required paperwork in your possession. Embassy Belgrade will notify you of your interview date and time and paying the MRV application fee by an appointment letter.

 

Required Documentation

 

You, the foreign-citizen fiancé(e), (and eligible children applying for K-2 visas) will be required to bring the following forms and documents to the visa interview:

• Completed Form DS-160, Online Nonimmigrant Visa Application. You (and any eligible children applying for K-2 visas) must: (1) complete Form DS-160 and (2) print the DS-160 confirmation page to bring to your interview. 
• A passport valid for travel to the United States and with a validity date at least six months beyond your intended period of stay in the U.S. (unless country-specific agreements provide exemptions).
• Divorce or death certificate(s) of any previous spouse(s) for both you and the U.S. citizen sponsor
• Police certificates from your present country of residence and all countries where you have lived for six months or more since age 16 (Police certificates are also required for accompanying children age 16 or older)
• Medical examination (vaccinations are optional, see below)
• Evidence of financial support (Form I-134, Affidavit of Support, may be requested)
• Two (2) 2x2 photographs. See the required photo format explained in Photograph Requirements
• Evidence of relationship with your U.S. citizen fiancé(e)
• Payment of fees, as explained below

Note: The consular officer may ask for additional information, such as photographs and other proof that the relationship with your U.S. citizen fiancé(e) is genuine. Documents in foreign languages, other than the language of the country in which the application takes place, should be translated. Applicants should take to the visa interview clear, legible photocopies of civil documents and translations, such as birth and divorce certificates. Original documents and translations will be returned.

The most important item that needs the correct spelling is the visa. Everything else is a non-issue. Someone's fat fingers missed the key. Just ignore as it doesn't effect anything. Seen it before many, many times.

 

Review at the interview if you still have a concern as the CO can make changes. Done all the time.

Congratulations to all that had their file shipped today already... Making me get all excited that I should be next. 

 

I did a quick tally though and observed that today's shipment thus far involves persons who got their case number on or before November 18. Somehow I found that to be interesting. 

 

Congrats again!!!!!

Thank you! If you got your case number by the Wednesday before the shipping week, you should ship out today/tomorrow.

Well I have spelled out consistently and it's in the PDF that those who have a case assignment by the Wednesday before the Tuesday shipping date more times then will ship. So nothing unusual here.

We got our P3 letter email today, the Embassy emailed the letter with required documents to my petitioner in US. so we are all ok to go now

@Greenbaum the P3 letter which we have received is the same which you have in your records for Abu Dhabi embassy.

 

We have some travel plans so will be taking appointment in January, but will do medical soon in Dec  🥰

Hey guys! Congrats all the 'in transit' couples of this week!  I wanna ask you something. My passport gonna expire on May 2022, do you guys think I should renew it for more years for after marriage procedures or this one will be ok?
