Your the first to report this so i am not sure if this is a policy change, moving them out earlier because of the holiday next week or that was just your electronic case transfer and paper will follow next week. Keep following CEAC and keep us updated.

Will do! I’m going to try your DHL hack tomorrow. Nothing when I did it today.

I found this thread late, so I'm posting my status now and was wondering what to do.

NOA2 receive date: 10/18/2019 (Hard copy receive date: 10/25/2019)

I sent an inquiry to NVC last week concerning my status but haven't received a reply. Also, I have tried calling from time to time, but as with many people, could not get connected. Should I just continue to wait and hope that it will get processed soon? Or should I keep trying to call and get in contact with them? Thank you all in advance for your responses.

By the way, my fiance's embassy is in Seoul, South Korea.

From USCIS to NVC is currently taking about 4 to 6 weeks. Then NVC takes about 2 to 4 weeks to process it. I wouldn’t worry until mid December

No problem, one thing you can do now is send an email to NVC so they have your email address. There’s a template, probably a link on the first post in this thread.

It says here that apps approved before oct 25 have already been given a case number so maybe you can either call to get it or just wait it out for the letter

your noa2 date is before mine and i already have a case number so you should have yours made already as well

Your experience receiving your case number can be different then others. NVC is speeding things up because of the upcoming holiday. I would call every other day till you get a case number. Please download the PDF on the first page of this thread as it's full of things to do at this stage.

Also, you have a little housekeeping to do if you will please. Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Once you finish that then return and you will see a flag in your profile. Select it and see what wonderful information will open up for you.

Thanks

I guess things are pretty slow now at NVC.

I got NOA2 after REF on 10/16/19 and have been waiting since.

It's been more than a month but since we missed the pickup date by one, our case was sitting for transit.

I emailed using the website link in the pdf file and am just waiting.

I tried calling during work but seems like they're not accepting any more waitlist for call.

Anyone else still waiting more than a month from NOA2?

Hopefully everything works out!

Try calling the NVC at 7am EST when they first open. Expect only a short hold at that time of day. Have your WAC number ready to give them.

It's only been a little over a month since your NOA#2.. so the NVC may only now be assigning you a case #.  Ours took a month and two days to be assigned a case number after NOA#2.

Removal of conditions

05-02-23 I-751 sent via FedEx.

05-03-23 I-751 delivered to USCIS address in Tempe AZ.

05-09-23 Check for $680 cashed.

05-15-23 Received I-797 NOA (48-month extension). A separate letter saying biometrics to be re-used. A third letter giving online access code.

4am for me is during my sleep and I work long hours Mon-Fri so I'm hesitant ;_;...Do they pick up the call right away during that opening time?

Yeah you are probably right I just need to wait a little longer. I just get so impatient with these processes lol

Thank you for your quick response!

.OMG a miracle happened!

After I wrote my last response here, I called non immigrant line instead of immigrant line which didn't even give me a choice to wait.

After just one ring, nice lady picked up the phone and I was able to get the case number!!!

SWEET!!!!

hopefully everyone waiting like I was will get lucky too!

😁

Great! You can now fill another square on your timeline.

Btw.. I just took a look at your timeline. If you're in Canada, your Consulate info should read Montreal.. shouldn't it?

Yes, that was filled before when I created my timeline, I chose blank at the time since there was no consulate assigned but it keeps showing up as Armenia...no idea why

Anyways I can update it now. Although, I was sure K1 for Calgary would go to to Vancouver but I was assigned Montreal which seems soooo far away....weird
