I have GOOD NEWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, my I-130 was just approved and I got the email. I have not even had time to tell anyone else yet (Except here at work), but I think that the I-129F helped. Anyway, how to you think I should surprise my husband with the news?

Thanks so much, I am so happy about the email... I am forgetting that there are more steps. I couldn't see past the approval.

Congratulations! That's another nice data point regarding filing the I-129F.  Please let us know when you get any email or other notice regarding the I-129F and what it says.

I got another email two hours ago that said the I-129F was denied. Please view below:

99 days after I submitted the I-130 form for approval and about 45 days for notification of denial for the I-129F form. The K3 visa was denied today.

Thanks.  That is exactly what to expect.  The notice will say it was denied because the benefit was available another way.  The other way is the I-130 and immigrant visa.

Yes, but I do think it helped. When I checked my case number using the USCIS app the case numbers before me had not bee approved.

Yes, I think it got your I-130 pulled from it's place in line and dealt with right away, saving several months.

I'm so excited right now, but now I am researching the next steps. I did not see this happening so fast.
