I Have been placed on a permanent disability at work. Right arm and leg. Does anyone think it’s a reason to expedite my case?  I will start receiving a disability pay by the end of the year which is not up to half of my monthly pay and not enough to take care for myself and kids.

could this be considered as a financial loss?

I’m filing a CR1 for my husband .

Seems like a valid reason. Get as much evidence as possible and file soon. Remember that it is evaluated on a case by case issue
