It's showing that ur case is in administrative process. And the CO kept my passport and told me to upload just one doc which is my husbands tax transcript. He gave me 221g ticked on tax transcript only

Normally AP takes lot of time no one know or can predict specially when it comes to Applicant from islamabad Consulate, but female applicant approves quicker as compare to male applicant. Good luck.

Even if you weren't asked for a DS-5535, look at this:

There are quite a few people from Pakistan who are in AP. There isn't any rhyme or reason to it. It can be days, months, and sadly, even years.

My husband is originally from Pakistan but lives and works with a Spanish temporary resident card for the past 12 years, still was in AP for over a year.

Best of luck!

Hi. My interview was also on 30th aug. they asked me to upload IRS transcript of co sponsor. I uploaded the requested on 6th Sep. My last update date is 6th sep on the status tracking website. But since then the admin processing status hasnt changed and i didnt get any response from the embassy.

I was handed over a sheet, with IRS transcript required written on it. Nothing else was ticked.

I really hope i get my Visa soon.

Please update if there are any changes to your status.
