Good day every one , I want to ask if my America wife can apply for a green card for me while am not in the united state yet .  my cr1 case was sent back to the USCIS for either revoke or review and until now its to know avail , its up to a year or more now . I need to be with my wife .  she just came up with this idea if it will work out for us . this is why am asking if my wife can get a Green card for me while am not there yet.  Someone shud please answer me

If you are asking strictly about filing for a green card.... then no. It is not gonna happen. You need to be in the US to get a green card so you would need a visa first.

 

Unfortunately, you are going to have to wait it out. A non-immigrant visa, like a visitor visa, is highly unlikely. Another spousal visa will only end up in the same spot you are in now.

It happens and is based on individual fact and circumstances,  so it is not predictable

Yes they do. She can contact her congressional representative and see if they are able to assist with getting information on its status .. but it’s highly  likely that you will need to wait put the process. She could live in your country  while you wait ...
