@Lola_lalo  IF you filed the 485 and paid for it you can file the 131 for free, just attach the NOA showing you filed 485. If you used a fee waiver for the 485 you will need to either do another waiver for the 485 or pay the fee. You do not need a reason to apply (no dates of travel). Just fill it out and you can enter none / unknown for current travel/length of trip.

Hello everyone! 
i filled my case in April 2018, and I received my ead card with c31 October 17 2019. I never received approved letter for my i360, but my attorney said I am. Now I need to wait for interview. I filled I485 with i360. I was wondering how long does it take to be called to interview? 
also I applied to renew my ead and ap card in September. (C09P), now I Received ead c31 but without ap. Will they send ap separately? Thank you in advance 🌸

Congrats on your approval! C31 doesn't come with AP. You will get your combo card (C09) AP and EAD when they process it. As for the interview..anywhere from 8-12 months... Hopefully! It's all about been patient!👍

Thank you so much! I will be waiting. I tried to find info about timeline for interviews and I couldn’t. It took 18 months to get my Vawa approved. Do you know if they approve everyone on interviews or they can denied GC? For what reasons?

sorry for so many questions.... I had no idea about interview. My attorney never Told me

If you receive your EAD C-31 that means you are approved. C-31 is the category for approved I-360. After the card mostly the approval letter comes between 4-5 weeks. on my case card production on August 2nd approval notice on September 30.

Dear, what State are you from? I am also waiting for an approval but I have my EAD already  mine was filed 9/18

Don't get scared you will be approved. I360 takes time to get approved..its normal. I485 can be denied for admissibility issues..I'm sure it's not your case! Relax dear you'll be fine!😊👍

Thanks again, now I finally can sleep 🤣 I didn’t know what to think for 3 days now. I laughed and cried and got happy and scared 🤣 now I feel better. Really appreciate your help!

Most likely next year! It's hard to say exactly when..also depends on your field office! Generally anywhere from 8-12months..but bear in mind it may be sooner, it may be later..there are some folks who didn't get courtesy letter just simply got the interview notice..overall you should set you mind for first/mid quarter of next year!👍

I travelled two times on my advance parole and i wasn’t scared !! I don’t why iam so scared this time !! May be cause my case has not been approved yet !! And they may take unfavorable decision while iam out of the states !  
i don’t know why iam thinking this way
