Hello Everyone!

Hope everyone is doing well ☺️

My lawyer agreed that I will file my own renewals for combo card.

Do I need to include copy of my pending AOS application?

I will send it to Vermont address? (sorry for stupid question)

Thank you for help guys 🙏

Yes dear and please send to Vermont! So you're right!😊👍

Hello everyone, it’s been been a while. Congrats to everyone that has been approved and best of luck on all interviews.

My concern is, I recently moved and updated my address with USPS. Yet to update with Uscis. I checked my i765 renewal status ...and says “Notice was returned to USCIS because the post office could not deliver”. The same week I got a copy of the notice (i765 receipt)from my Attorney. Will this affect any processing time? What’s the best way to update address?

I've filed EAD renewal myself not even asking my lawyer, also change of address and a lot of many other inquiries to the Vermont Service Center.

So, do not worry and file it.

I’ve sent them 2 notarized letters with the change of address and they still sent stuff to my old address. Only the congressman was able to do it for me. I suggest you contact your congressman just to double check for you if the did change your address!!

Notirized letter won’t help. Just contact your congressman to make sure it is updated

If I may ask you, how long did it take for you to receive the Ead renewal receipt ? I sent my October 10th this year, delivered the next day and I’ve heard nothing yet from USCIS Vermont .

My favourite phrase here is that 'with USCIS you just never know!' LOL! Still the standard way to change address remains sending a notarized letter to Vermont!💁 funny thing is they changed mine few days after I called..no letter nothing else...😊👍

LOL! Sandra would shake her head to this here👆statement!😊

I’m only speaking from experience. I actually missed an RFE and they sent my work permit to old address. No matter how many notarized letters I sent.

best to contact congressman to be certain of the changes

Sure you're not wrong..that's because USCIS can be messy!! As noted times without number! But the standard way remains via a notarized letter to Vermont!💁

- your copy of previous EAD and approved receipt for last EAD

- copy of DL/international travel passport
