What was it you were asked to provide more evidence for? And do you consider your case more complicated because you have a lack of 'hard' evidence like police reports and specific documents? Or because of something else?

Can somebody let me know what documents I need to submit for my I-485 based on my approved I-360.

I have filed everything myself. I could never afford a lawyer! 

Just go to the official USCIS website and print the I-485 instructions and a few copies of the I-485 forms (in case you mess up writing on one). The instructions tell you everything you need to know to file, and is a lot more than most lawyers even know! It's not as hard or daunting as it might seem. Once you read carefully the instructions you'll realize that these forms are actually really simple!! Gather the evidence, if any, it requests from you. Make sure it's original documents or notarized if that's allowed.

If you don't understand how to answer a question and the instructions don't explain well enough, then google it! Or ask here! 

Make sure to write clearly, sign the forms, and put your requested evidence at the back. Then mail them to the address specified in the instructions! And boom, you're done. You've saved 5000 dollars.

Hun It doesn't matter if you have a lawyer or not on this specific case. EAD under category C-09 is for Marriage based I-485 pending cases. If only your spouse filed I-485 for you, you are entitled to get the EAD under C-09,  if not you will get your EAD after approval of I-360 even if you filled I-765, I-485, I-131 along with your I-360. I have the same case. 

         Did you fill I-485 and I-131? if not please file it now. If your EAD is approved you need to pay for that. You will not get the fee waiver. I think you will hear from them anytime next week or so. I didn't file for I-131 before now I have to pay $400 something for AP.

NOOO, You don't need to pay for the EAD. It will be sent to you automatically when you get approved. If you don't have the plan to travel I think you don't need to file I-131. I'm glad you filed I-485.

there is no travel document for me since they send me a combo card .. 

so they sent me the card not valid for reentry and refusing to sent me a travel document !!! 
i already booked my ticked when i knew they approved the application and now iam stuck ..

Very sad to hear... pls do not travel, if I was in ur shoes I will apply for another Advance Parole/travel document.., then when it arrives I can travel.,,

Am about to renew my EAD/AP but my lawyer is asking us to send it USCIS in Chicago(ATTN:FBAS).

I believe this should be send to USCIS in Vermont.

please correct me and advise before my EAD/AP renewal get stuck at unwanted location

Please be advised that so long as you filed for VAWA, every application is directed to Vermont Service Center! Do not allow your attorney to make this journey hard for you..most of them don't have a clue! Thank God for this group! My attorney and I have argued alot about where to send my applications..I'm currently paying the price by way of extra wait time for C9 EAD renewal!

Please donot send it to Chicago .. send it to Vermont don’t listen to him 😭😭

my lawyer sent my renewal to Missouri and now iam paying the price for his mistake .. they separated my application and i get the card not valid for reentry , they are refusing to issue me a travel document , i booked my ticket when i application gets approved and iam now stuck   
please send it to vermoont 😭😭😭
