True it sometimes takes that long..but the usual/average timeframe for a response after RFE submission is between 30-90 days! I pray y'all get your good news real soon!🙏😊

Yes, usually is faster. My case is kind of unusual.

What category you used when you applied for EAD? if you used C31, you have to wait until your vawa gets approved. I would suggest to apply for another one with category c09 if you have pending I485. No need to attach fee vaiwer just attach I485 receipt

i was in an info-pass appointment yesterday regarding my travel document which i need travel .. they told me they will call Vermont and ask them for that document and will call me to let me know what happened 

they called me and guess what ?? 
there is no travel document for me since they send me a combo card .. 

so they sent me the card not valid for reentry and refusing to sent me a travel document !!! 
i already booked my ticked when i knew they approved the application and now iam stuck .. 

i don’t know what to do !!

Oh dear! So sorry about that! WOW these people are getting sloppy and reckless!!! That looked like an error on their part that they rather not own up to..or fix! Just see if you can get back your money or what's left of it from the airline..then try again if you can...this is really heartbreaking!😞 better still follow up the issue through your congressman..that's one of the reasons they're there!💁

Iam really disappointed my mum is going to make a serious surgery ,, and they don’t care .. my lawyer don’t care he just took the money and sent the forms incorrectly and iam the one who’s in the middle desperate and don’t know what to do

Hun It doesn't matter if you have a lawyer or not on this specific case. EAD under category C-09 is for Marriage based I-485 pending cases. If only your spouse filed I-485 for you, you are entitled to get the EAD under C-09,  if not you will get your EAD after approval of I-360 even if you filled I-765, I-485, I-131 along with your I-360. I have the same case. 

         Did you fill I-485 and I-131? if not please file it now. If your EAD is approved you need to pay for that. You will not get the fee waiver. I think you will hear from them anytime next week or so. I didn't file for I-131 before now I have to pay $400 something for AP.

I can understand your disappointment dear! Sometimes these attorneys bring more setback than progress! Most folks have resolved to filing for themselves..I think Shroy did too and was approved in no time!💁 if I could start all over again, I'll do everything myself! Time to contact your congressman or file again...emergency AP citing your predicament! Whatever you decide to do act fast!

Hello to you all, 2 weeks ago I sent a mail with G-28 (with my lawyer) to send my mails to his office. I haven't heard from them since. My case is approved on September 25 and the approval was mailed, my card is mailed on August 2nd buy I'm not getting any of those. I decided to use only my lawyer's address. Do I have to contact my congressman? they sent me a USCIS form to fill out from the office of congressman. I need your advice. or do i have just wait?

Let me get this straight! Did you receive the approval notice and the ead C31? If not then something's terribly wrong! Go ahead and see how your congressman can help...there are times you have to wait and times to be proactive! Time's going fast..next month is November...everyday counts!👍

I know, I did't receive any document form them. they even get my notice returned. I sent them a letter and G-28 but I haven't heard. I will fill out the form and return to the congressman office. Thank you my Love
