Yes, I can speak English.
Also I can read English.
Sometimes I don’t listen to English (when they answer me) just by ear.
I am a very smart person, I just did not have the opportunity to practice English.

Thank you.

I can will  write my email for you.

No doubt dear!💪 Very strong and determined too! But with USCIS you need to be really prepared! They always look for weak links..so it's best to have all areas secured! Don't relent..keep going..i wanna see you win dear!🙏😊

I hope it's free..but she really needs a representative! The language barrier is proving to be a barrier in itself..probably she will find a good therapist who speaks Russian! It will make a huge impact!

Yes, I told about it...
In Russia they dont give me it because they think that it secret.

In USA they told that they dosent have licence.

It  s very strange

I believe she’s not explaining explicitly to those she’s spoken to already and she does not really understand how this process works and that’s why she sent her vawa application twice . A good lawyer would be ideal for her . If she’s able to put her documentation together and get a therapist and a P. Evaluation she’ll be fine .

She just replied me and this was her response. She gave me same link I sent to you two days ago.

Hello,

I would recommend she seeks therapy in Russia; I can't provide counseling to anyone outside of Kentucky.

If she wants to try to find someone who would offer skype sessions from the US. she can try searching on psychologytoday.com

Natalie, try not to use the google translate in exact words, because it transmits the message wrong. When you inquire around to psychologists, what do you ask them? Just trying to understand why they all refuse to do it? Is part of their job as far as i comprehend.

Hello Nataly. @natalysmile

I’ve read through some of your messages.. your current situation it’s very similar to a roommate I used to have from Ukraine. She filed VAWA abroad and her case was very complicated because she did not have proof of abuse other than friends testimonies.. And was married to her US citizen husband for less than a month. She got approved because her attorney recommended the therapist and set it all up for her.
I believe this attorney is in Brooklyn, NY and is Russian.
I don’t keep in touch with her but I will try to reach her and see if I can get his name for you.
You must hire an attorney who can guide your through this process. It seems like you are very confused and it is understandable because it’s a complex process.

I am grateful for your help and advice.
Yes, for the most part I write my messages through a translator
But this does not mean that I do not edit them, and that I do not know the meaning of what was written.
I have already explained that psychologists do not want to give such an assessment for USCIS.
What I tell them and what I ask them about, they understand.

By no means i was questioning your reply about the psychologist's feedback, what i was trying to see if you explain them correctly what you need, which i am sure you explain to them in Russian, in the case they are from your country. They probably get scarred/confused when hearing about immigration and stuff, but you basically you need to tell them:  "i need the help of therapy to help me overcome some stressful situation that i have been through and i would like at the end of each session to be provided with a report, about what we talked, what feelings were expressed, what is your specialist opinion about my situation" They have to give you a report stating why the evaluation was made, with what concerns? what is the social, emotional and financial evaluation.

I understand you are super stressed with all this process, but take it one step at a time and try not to rush into things or take sudden decisions which can do more harm.

Good Luck!

@natalysmile  I am confused about what is going on. It seems you sent the VAWA packet again? And now you have NOAs for both filings?? When did you mail the second packet? I thought you were still working on gathering evidence and writing your statement? Because you mailed the first packet with out tracking and very little included in it I suggested you assemble a complete packet while waiting to see if the first one was accepted or returned rejected to you. But it seems now you already sent the second packet. Not sure when that happened. Its going to be Ok though. Please follow the advice given to withdraw one of the cases. You also want to make sure the case you leave active has all the necessary items with it for approval.

I was able to find this place- https://mindyourselfcounseling.com/service/telehealth-in-home/ They do VAWA evaluations and also use Telemed services which is a private Skype network. I understand Sandra said getting evaluations done this way are not ideal so you should continue looking for a local provider. Try using google (you get different results in Russia) but search for local US immigration lawyers. They may be able to help you with your case or refer you to a psych Dr that can provide the evaluation.

So, @natalysmile I called the number @Villanelle  gave you above and they responded well and said they can help you . I told them, I have a friend who’s been through spousal abuse with her husband here in America and that you’re in Russia now and they said they offer video Counselling and also P. Evaluations. The manager told me to tell to CALL THEM YOURSELF.
She said if it’s something to do with immigration they send it to immigration themselves and I corrected her and told her I send mine already with another psychologist and she said ohh okay that you need to begin therapy and evaluations.

this is her direct number +1 2105649116 and her name is Anarely and Autumn. Call them and ask you want to speak to any of those ladies. They asked how you were paying insurance or agency and I told them you’d pay via Credit card or debit card. I’ve done the leg work for you so follow up. The ball is in your court now .
