I want to clarify. Psychological assessment of personality. Which specialist should make such an assessment? Psychologists or psychiatrist?
I am looking in Russia, but no one has heard of this, or they say that this is a secret between the doctor and the patient.

Thank you.

Don't use a psychiatrist because they are terrible drafting a psychological evaluation.Find a psychologist or a counselor with specialization in domestic violence.

Dont write anything about black magic or so. You can try writing it in a different language that your husband’s gathering is not good or something like he stalks you, spy on you. Change the words but dont use words like black magic or holy books

I so agree!

USCIS can care less if your  husband is involved with satanism, black magic or any dark forces. Please don't ruin your petition mentioned about these things ok.

The queen has spoken, dont talk about black magic, If I was the reader I will think you are the problem, not your abuser.

Someone here asked me what form to file for a child living abroad to benefit for the VAWA petition that gave her a green card. The person lives in America but the child who a listed beneficiary lives outside America. I'm wondering what form that will be maybe sandra can tell us. Or is she to file a petition for alien relative I-130? I doubt because there is already an approved petition.

If it is less than one year since GC approval, they file I-824 follow to join. If it is more than one year since GC approval, they file I-130.

Also I have another question. It is very strange, but believe me, this is important to me!
Should I include in my documents (photo and correspondence) that my husband is engaged in black magic. I don’t know if he’s sick or true ... There are a lot of bad books in the house. He said that he would watch at night and find out who was helping me ... Helped there! And much of what he said is true. Which he simply cannot know.
I understand that this explanation can harm me! not for him.
Nevertheless, I ask for advice. What I should  doing?

I think this shows how much he has manipulated you, I used to think that someone was following me everywhere I went, but it just goes to show how he ###### you up mentally. I wouldn’t include it in the affidavit because it sounds strange. I’d rather explain how he has made you paranoid where it has gotten to the point of where you feel like he knows how you are feeling and what you’re thinking.

When the AOS is denied the AP becomes null and void, but the time to enforce the Law will start after 30 days because the person has the right to appeal or file a motion. Does the CBP officer know about this rule? well, unfortunately not all officers know the Law. There is always a  risk when the officer sees in the computer for example that the AOS was denied and he/she might not allow you to reenter, that being said you need to know the risk and evaluate if you want to travel or not.

@sandranj could you please send me a link for that to print it out to show it to the CBP in case something happens ?

and another questions please ,, my understanding is that if the person filed i485 along with i360 .. if the i360 gets denied he doesn’t have the right to appeal .. and will automatically be on removing proceedings .. is that correct ?
thanks a lot for you help

If I haven't received prima facie letter

Does it mean I will be getting RFE very soon?

Anyone doesn't have prima facie while I-360 is pending?

I have applied 60 days ago and didn’t received any prima facie letter either.

The person has to file form l824, considering the person listed the kids as a derivatives in the form l360

Something very weird happened. I filed for I-360 and I-485 simultaneously 60 days ago. They sent a receipt for my I-360 but rejected the fee waiver for my I-485. I payed the fee for the I-485 and submitted it 40 days ago. Now they sent a RFE asking for my I-360 approval (?????). My attorney is from Catholic legal Services. It is very hard to talk with them sometimes. She said that I should not be worried because it was a mistake. @sandranj have you ever seen this happening before? In the last case scenario If they open removal proceedings having my I-360

receipt is enough to cancel my removal?

Just Respond the RFE with the I-360 Receipt.
