Once you left the US, all previous filed paperwork from your husband has been denied due to you leaving the US. Do not focus on the K-1 or other documents.

Focus on I-360, you are self sponsoring.  When you return to the US, you will have your Green card and can move forward with your life.

Therefore, this question arose.
I am not sure if I can sponsor myself, and where to look and study it. What documents will I need...

VAWA SELF-PETITION

It clear says you are a self- petitioner and do not need sponsor if you have the Form  I-360 VAWA approved.

A self-petition is a way to apply for lawful status in the US on your own by submitting an application to the US Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) requesting lawful status in the US without the assistance of the abuser.  This application is called a self-petition because you are applying for legal status by yourself and you are not sponsored by anyone.

Thank you. I understand it. I don’t understand if I should give documents, then, not now, confirming the presence of a certain amount of money in my bank accounts

https://www.uscis.gov/i-864w  Natalysmile this is the form for the 864W. You do not need to show your bank accounts. Since you are filing from overseas you will be sending in just the 360.  Once it is approved it will be sent to NVC  (where you will provide the 864w, medical, etc.) and then it will go to the Embassy where you will be interviewed. (You would have done a similar process when you got the K visa.) They will place a visa in your passport and when you enter the US with it you will become a permanent resident.

Does anyone know of a psych dr that does Skype?  @natalysmile is having a hard time finding a Dr in Russia to do the evaluation.  (It doesnt have to be Skype- she just needs someone who can provide remote sessions and an evaluation.)

I am in Dallas, and i think the psychologist who did miy evaluation will be will to do that for you. He is pretty pricey though. He charged me $1500 and he wrote a pretty good 15 page report. But then i went to his office in person, i have no idea how much he will charge for an online session. And its been over 16 months since I did it. If you are still down, then inbox me and i will give you his contact

@natalysmiledon't stress yourself that much dear. Once you are here, everything will be easy, right now just focus on the documents you need to submit along with your i360

Keep in mind the block is on the USCIS policy. Visa applicants (ie those not adjusting status within the US)  will still be subject to the Public Charge guidelines in the Foreign Affairs Manual

Explain what you mean please... I am not clear.

of you are not in US while adjusting status, you won’t be using public benefits to start with so there is no question about being a public charge... so what do you mean?

now there is a different policy they came up with about being able to afford health insurance within 30 days of arrival 🤣 which is a whole different thing

There is no such thing as adjusting status while not in the US. If you are not in the US, you require a visa to enter. USCIS does not issues Visas, they only approve petitions. It is up to the Department of state to actually issue the visas through the consular unit at embassies and consulates. The Department of State has, for a few years now, has had a public charge policy (see the Foreign Affairs Manual). There is no change to this policy happening and it is still in effect
