This is not about misreading the form, it's about knowing the Law!!! Ask him to fix it his mess.

This is the reason your lawyer said you need to paid for I-131 fee. 

I-765 and I-131 are free when you initially paid

I-485 fee. or I-912 is approved for all forms.

 

I think if your lawyer will have sent it together with the package they will have waived it too, but since he did not you have to prove is for humanitarian reason to get the fee waive.

It's admirable that you believe in your attorney, but you must guard your case intensely! Sandra happens to be an attorney who handles VAWA cases and she pointed out crucial things concerning your case! Listen to what she noted and adviced! The fee waiver should work..if not just pay the fees and end this once and for all!👍

Mine office is  West Palm Beach brunch  in Florida, when the last time I saw it went up to 26 months wait it got frightened 😩

😂😂😂 weep not child! I'm familiar with the fright of wait times (processophobia) fear of processing times hahaha!..but they don't always follow it..you may be pleasantly surprised!😏 but definitely ask your congressman to help!

9.5 months  not with my luck😩

It took them 2 years too only approve my VAWA and then they sent me EAD with the mistake on my DOB another 4 months to fix it and then SSN 5 months delay in issuing.

Even all my prima facie were coming to me only after I would remind them, and don't get me wrong I do have an attorney  and yet  a lot of work I'am doing myself.

Find another psychologist willing to do your psychological evaluation .If you submitted to USCIS in the past documents for your adjustment of status then you just need to ask Uscis to search in your AOS , mention the  AOS number. If you  had form l130 approved  then submit a copy of the l130 approval as well.

Yes, I've been approved in February 2019 and I am waiting for my GC interview at West Palm Beach USISC.
