I asked g28 from my attorney and he said i do not need a g28 for renewal thats why i applied it by myself. My attorney was okay with it

Good luck. Attach 2 pics, signed form i765 with category c09, ead copy, passport copy, i94 copy and i485 receipt. On cover letter, please mention renewal based on pending i485

i have seen lots of 2018  February and march approvals , few April approvals and One May approval .. 

they working on late 2017 and early 2018 applications .. hopefully we will hear from them soon 🙏🏻

What if i already have an approved C09 EAD and AP ?? When i get the C31 EAD based in VAWA approval .. that means C31 EAD and AP became null ?? I cannot use it to travel ? And i’ll need a new AP !??

This is the reason your lawyer said you need to paid for I-131 fee. 

I-765 and I-131 are free when you initially paid

I-485 fee. or I-912 is approved for all forms.

 

I think if your lawyer will have sent it together with the package they will have waived it too, but since he did not you have to prove is for humanitarian reason to get the fee waive.

LOL! No it won't invalidate the C31! Or either documents as the case may be! Because in the instance you cited, the C09 is valid and in your possession..before the receipt of C31 as a result of i360 approval! Our earlier discussion about EAD denial was centered mainly on the fact that USCIS usually denies pending EAD if the benefits have been obtained by other means..i.e approved Greencard or like the trend of denying a pending C9 if C31 has already been issued! I'm not asserting anything here..I'm still trying to establish a pattern, but hope to find out with my own case!

I totally agree with you .. but the application only gives receipt numbers and statuses not giving names date of birth or addresses .. it’s only helping to know where are you and gives you estimate how are they working ..
