Awesome! I believe FeDaniela mentioned all you need in earlier posts..fill out the i765 form print out..copy of i485, two passport style photographs, probably a copy of your govt issued i.d card, fee waiver perhaps..although I've never done it myself, I believe that's about what you'll need..

Just read it.Thanks!  I’m a bit confused on where to address it. My lawyer said i could have it sent to my address, but @FeDaniela posted that she addressed it to her lawyer’s office because that’s where her initial application was addressed to, which actually makes sense.

Yeah you can address it to your attorney's office..don't be confused.👍

I have a question for the house.

Is it true that form I-131 fee waiver cannot be included among forms I-360, I-485 and I-765 packet since I’m requesting for fees waiver? My attorney said I would have to pay for that.

If this is a fresh application, you have to pay for your i485! Having paid that you are entitled to EAD and Advanced parole documents..those are free for a pending i485!

It’s a fresh application, and I didn’t pay for any form. They just waived the fees for my I-360, I-485 and I-765 less than a week ago.

So what's the issue? What is your attorney saying you have to pay for? The i-131 is free if you have a pending i485! 😕

If like you said they just waived all these forms for you, then the i-131 is free as well! The thing is as long as you have a pending i-485, the EAD and i-131 is free!

Hi! I already got my EAD from last yr but it’s expiring on March 2020. So I’m actually thinking on whether to renew it or just wait for my c31 EAD since my lawyer is charging me $925 🙄 How about you?

Oh boy, so he charges you every time you have to file? Mine was filed concurrently and he charged me a one time fee for everything which is fair price given I live in NYC. Mine was just issued last Sept 2018. Now waiting for I-360 approval.

He did not include form I-131 because he believed its fee must be paid. He said I would have to file that later with its filing fee.

Check my recent response to your inquiry! Also try to read about these forms online..you'll find more than enough info! That way you wouldn't have to swallow everything your attorney hands you..you should even do that right now..see for yourself!💁

Sometimes USCIS Is messy, My Lawyer got Original EAD approval receipt,  but I received my EAD card at my address...... You can use your address too,  but Vermont may sent it to the your lawyers address which they have as the save address on file.

You can request a fee waiver for form I-131 ONLY if you are applying for humanitarian parole; In your case is not for a humanitarian reason.

This is the reason your lawyer said you need to paid for I-131 fee.

I-765 and I-131 are free when you initially paid

I-485 fee. or I-912 is approved for all forms.

I think if your lawyer will have sent it together with the package they will have waived it too, but since he did not you have to prove is for humanitarian reason to get the fee waive.
