Sure your congressman can help..I just reached out to mine for the same reason..my C9 category has been pending since Feb as well...so quickly reach out to them to enquire!👍

Thanks to all the beautiful minds  that responded to my outcry on the delay of my EAD renewal. Early hours of today October 5, the status changed to new card is being produced. I have not even contacted the Congress man. Sure God answers prayers. I can now continue working with peace of mind. The renewal has been pending since February.

On October 4, 2019, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number MSCXXXXX and will mail it to the address you gave us.

Hey Nataly, did you take note of the documents submitted by the above poster? Did you submit that much documentation? Or even close? I'm concerned too if you filed correctly..you really needed guidance before filing and submitting the petition! I don't know if you're talking to Sandra privately about this..you should! She can help! I'm even thinking about the possibility of you doing it all over again and doing it correctly this time!💁

I second that - I feel you should be doing it all over again and correctly this time ...

its better to send it twice - with a corrected version

dear I can’t stress you enough on how much of a wealth Of a knowledge  sandra Is ....

My husband said he would send all documents to the Police. These documents are audio recordings which he translated into English. I already wrote about this. I do not know whether the Police will consider this. Not in USСIS, but in the city Police.
I communicated with him by e-mail because I wanted to get warm things, my things and my son’s things.

Its okay. Save all the threats that he gave you through email communication and send it to uscis with your i360 package and mention those threats in your personal affidavit in detail

To begin with. Dont feel comfortable writting my exact country where I send the application from. But its within european union.

I returned to the usa and collected all the documentation I needed. I visited the hospital I attended. And collected my records. I also did my psychological evaluation from there to add up to that. I went back to my country and a week later I send the application.

The domestic violence in my case happened in usa.

Here is the list of the things I send with the application.

Hospital records of the abuse.

Psycholigical evaluation.

Proof that I stayed with the abuser in usa in different times. I gave plane tickets of when I visited my husband and also medical records which had the address we stayed together written.

Marriage certificate.

Pictures of our wedding in usa to show bonefide

Presents he bought me to show bonefide

Letters from my people showing bonefide.

Hundred of Phone calls showing bonefide relationship.

Watsapp chat of discussion after he assaulted me and he was asking me to not to talk to police and asking for forgiveness.

I wrote own affidavit explaining everything which happened and how I met him. And since I was only going to usa to visit him so i explained that..and showed plane tickets and visa stamps of the time I visited him.

I send a police certificate stating I am crime free from my country. And also letters from my people showing good conduct.

I showed my husbands proof of his resident status in usa.

I send the papers to Vermont and within 3 weeks I receipt the notification in my email. I have now opened a online account where I follow the status of the application. That's all I did. I have not met anyone whose application was approved from abroad. I really hope my case will be successful. It's a long wait and I hope when that time comes it will be worth it. I did all I could within my powers the rest is Gods work.

Before I asked if anyone knows how someone can transfer the priority date from one form 1-130 which is still pending approval to form 1-360?. At what point do I do this?. My abuser had a permanent status and as I understand it this means if I get approval I will have to wait till visa is available following my priority date. And since the form 1130 has a priority date from 2017. I am wondering how do I transfer that date to the form 1 360. I have read it's possible to do it but I dont know how to do it. I don't want to mess up anything. Do I write to uscius and request that in writing now or do I wait to do it later. My abuser has not yet withdrawn the form 1 130. We are going through a devorce which can be finalised anytime from now and I want to be ahead of him before he withdraws the form 1130. Please advice me what to do if you know anything.

I forgot to mention one thing though. I send my application as a registered/insured mail which I tracked. I could see the date it was received. This way I was at ease that the papers arrived to the right hands. From them I just waited for their reply and I was nervous that they will say it was incomplete and return it. But I got the notice of receipt. I was happy to have gone through that step. Now its step no 2... the long wait.

Hello all.

I'm new here. I filed for vawa since March 2018. My representative did not file for a work permit. Please, i want to know if it will automatically come with the approval of I-360 or to file it separately. Thanks

Hello my friends,

My EAD (C31) expires on Feb 14, 2020 and

I am about to prepare all the docs and send to Vermont for its renewal, except that I don't actually know what do I have to send them?

Can somebody tell me the requirement documents that I need to include for EAD renewal? I guess I also will have to pay a Fee of $410, or ask for a waiver.

How can I pay a fee , is there a link fro it and I just attach a receipt after?

Dear I think you did a great Job, coming back and got all the evidence you need and filed and already got a receipt, I am also the wife of an LPR abuser, I requested my I-130 priority date to be transfer to my i-360 when I sent my I-360 package i sent a copy of my I-130 receipt and a letter requesting Vermont to transfer  my priority date. I-360 receipt comes without any priority date on it, but once is approve they will put your I-130 priority since they have it on record. (Some petitioner don’t always get the same priority date but their abuser are USC so don’t really matter) But for LPR Spouse victims this is very important to clarify to VERMONT SERVICE CENTER.

Now that you have I-360 receipt, Sent a copy of your I-360, copy or your I-130 receipt and a notarized letter requesting this I-130 priority date to be transfer to I-360 once approve.
