I think you need to contact Ombudsman Case Assistance https://www.dhs.gov/case-assistance You updated your address, and have confirmation from USCIS that you did, Is their mistake... Also let your congressperson also handle the confirmation where USCIS did received the change of address and they confirm it.

Also tried to update your address with USPS as well and sign up for informed deliver.

never heard about Ombudsman case assistance but seems like a great tool :-) Thank You

Hello
I again ask for advice who can know
My husband (divorce is not over yet)
sent me an e-mail (audio), when I insulted him and cursed. He himself provoked me to this.
He said that he would send this record to the court and also to the USCIS
Can it be bad for my Case?

Thank you.

Uscis does not receive recorded material .

Your husband is really really petty fr . What else does he want from a woman who’s no longer in the United States of America . Some abusive American spouses just need to move on, they are so obsessed with us even when they are not in the picture anymore . Smh 🤦‍♀️

USCIS will not accept any recordings especially if you already filed VAWA.

As a personal advice, don’t let him intimidate you and for your piece of mind is best to block him. Save all evidence of threats and harassment.

Like others said, USCIS is not going to listen to him.

Besides one burst of verbal anger that was the result of your suffering is not going to negate the actual abuse you went through. So relax, he is only trying to intimidate you. Stop taking his calls/e-mails .

I do not know how to prove that he is crazy ... If I tell everything that was, no court will believe me. and decide that I'm crazy
And I don’t know what to do.
Yes, I'm afraid of him, even in Russia

because I dont know what I should doing...

Like what my fellow friends has advised you to do . Concentrate on going for your counseling and therapy and then do your psychology evaluations. Like @sandranj always say, the evaluations can substitute for you not having police reports . Let the Psychologist know that the evaluations must be well detailed 7-15 pages . I tried googling for psychologists in Russia but it keeps directing me to Psychologists here in the States . I don’t know what state you are in, in russia .

Like what someone said above, keep those text messages and emails showing him harassing you, calling you mean names those can also prove he is crazy .
