Now im completely loosing my mind!! I saw what my lawyer wrote to uscis..

1. "other than the few things that are included in the case, there’s not very much available to show they lived together. "

2. "While documentation of the two of them together is somewhat sparse" - what the hell he is talking about?! I gave him email prove we paid the deposit, emails from the hoa office, policy insurance of the apartment, i gave him lease agreement on the second apartment we lived, testimony of my family that visit us. There is around the 1500 photos including wedding, daily, family photos, friends photos.

He also didnt include screenshots from IG proofing my abuser uploads our photos.

He made mistake in the day we were married( wrote 17 instead of the 7th) i think my case is going to be rejected 🙅 😭😭😭 i gave him so much things to prove all our relationship (including text between us talking about lunch or going somewhere) it's bad. Completely bad and I don't know what to do!! He messed up with my case and since there is no request to USCIS officer to request more evidence i think im in big problems.

Please give me good and real advice what to do now? I asked before but didn't saw clear answer: can I send USCIS a letter that release my lawyer from my case and in the same time to asked them copy of what he send them?? I will not be able to fix it without knowing how he submit my case. What he included and what no( like our photos, lease agreement, emails, text msg, social media posts etc...)

I AM LOOSING MY MIND!!!

WOW... Write a certified letter to your attorney asking 80% if the money back otherwise you will represent him to the BAR ASSOCIATION. Find another attorney and explain to USCIS the mess caused by your attorney and send a copy of the letter firing him, mention in the letter everything you gave to him to prove a bonafide marriage and he did not submit.USCIS will not tell you what eh submitted.I advise you to submit again all documents and explain why, but you need to fire your attorney and hire another attorney in your State and he/she must know well about VAWA Law.

So for example of I need to travel, do i need to apply travel document based on my pending i360 again? Or i can travel with c09 AP?

You need to apply for I131 Advanced Parole Document, once it get approved you might travel but never without this document in hand.

Something is weird. I've been waiting for my receipt around the 8 weeks now. I email my lawyer and asked him to see copy of my file. And i was shocked!!!! He DIDNT included any of our photos. He put his address in my petition to receive USCIS letters (part 3 in the i360)  so i will get no letter at all! he didn't include a lot of evidence like lease agreements and insurance. I paid him more then 5K !!! Its crazy that he did bad work  he didn't send me how he really send the package.. he only send me link to dropbox folder and  all my documents were there. Please advise me what to do. How can I receive copy of what he really send to them? So i will be able to fix his mistakes!! And what i do about the notifications from USCIS how can i get them to change to my address the letters??

I just saw this post now, then ask 100% of your money back and even with him giving you the money back you should file a complaint about him with the BAR ASSOCIATION. YOU MUST ASAP to send a NOTARIZED LETTER  to USCIS asking them to change your address and mention your attorney put your husband's address, you should put your address . Your spouse now knows about your case, but he can't do much about it, just if he goes to the extent to forge your signature. If I was in your shoes I would file a police report against your attorney for endangerment,  and  I would file a lawsuit against him as well asking a BIG COMPENSATION as well. He put your life in risk asking USCIS to mail your abuser instead you the petitioner.

appreciated. do we need to give our employers a new c31 EAD as well for I9 verification?

Make sure you have a combo EAD IF not apply for your I131 Travel Permit with Advanced Parole

Dear house I have a question my current work authorization and advance parole Under category c09 is going to expire on 13 June 2020 can I apply for the renewal of the same on 13 December 2019.

Moreover do I have to pay the fees for the work authorization and advance parole or it should be exempt from the fees

I applied for an AP renewal but they did not accept it because I didn’t pay the fees..

I am C09 elegible.. but still they didn’t take it

The person can keep the F1 status while the AOS is pending and it's advised to do this as a  backplan in case of denial, and in case of denial the person can return to his/her nonimmigrant statusI had A LOT of cases like the OP.

Thank you. that is awesome actually

`Why did you use the  answer I gave in  one post and added all these things above? I was very  clear when answering the question in that post, I said that  considering what the person wrote, cleaning the bank account, was not enough to prove financial abuse, just if was a considered amount. But  nothing  that you said was in the OP  post then I don't see why my answer was quoted by you.

I had to quote you with the above because that was what I went through my ex spouse..and I wrote all those in my affidavit in detail. I was just asking if those can be considered financial abuse . Apologies, I did not make it look like a question. I read what the other OP went through and it just opened old wounds in me. Thank you .
