My experience, I kept my F1 status valid until I485 denied due to I130 withdrew. My case was pending almost 3 years I never use EAD. I still received NTA 45 days after I485 denied.

Thank you so much for the sharing. Really appreciate. Now, the tuition is really a burden to me. 😥

Hello

I understand that I want too much, and perhaps this is not related to this topic.
I'm not even sure mine will be approved, although I believe in it.
I want more!
He destroyed me and my son. I want to know if I can later, when I am in the United States, submit documents to the court so that my ex-husband
be punished or compensate me for my moral trauma and my son’s trauma
Or is it wrong in this case?

Thank you, my Dears.

Dear house, I really need some guidance right now.

I am a student with F1 visa but I can’t afford my tuition any more. I submitted I360 on May 2018. I got my C09 ead card this year Sept base on the pending 485, but I am hesitated to use it. I was told if I use the C09 ead, I will immediately lose my F1 status, which means I will need to out of US immediately if  my i360 be denied.

I really want to work and drop my school, but I am afraid lost my F1 status will make me no choice if my I 360 be denied. Could anyone give me some suggestions? Thanks a lot for all

i discontinued mine from 3rd Sem. its been more then a year now

Applying for i360 means you are withdrawing your F1 status I guess.. because thats what happened to me. My ex filed for my i485 and i was on F1 that time, so i lost my f1 because i was filing for gc

Really. I checked with my school, they told me my F1 status still active...

Can you find out for example if your ex went to immi and withdrew or cancelled your I130? Can a lawyer find out?

My I485 denial arrived on Sept 21 from a local office and she attacked me and I ended up in a hospital on the Sept 12th. Can they make a decision in just a few days? Just curious - a lot of things on my mind lately...

I applied as I’m a resident and it was approved but with a missing document which was the prove that I’m a resident because they checked with USCIS and USCIS said I’m not but they still approved and sent to the college and it was my college’s responsibility to ask me for the document.

Days later they called me asking for the document and I sent PRIMA FACIE which was approved!!

Very correct. That's the way it works.

Also in which state are you living in?

As a VAWA applicant you should not input any information regarding your abuser/spouse income, the Prima Facie documents and I-360 receipt should be enough and if you have your own income remember you are claiming being a victim of abuse, be cautions with the information we input that later on can be misinterpret by USCIS.
