You can travel with your CO9 provided it’s combo and still valid. But if it’s has expired, you will apply for advanced parole and attach your C31 with it. Both serve the same purpose and validity key.

You're welcome. I know that feeling..I'm looking forward to it myself.😊 if your C9 is still valid, then it's valid at work..if it's expired..then the C31 is perfect! My point..both are great! It's either one or the other!👍

Yes, you can use C31 for your employer. Remember they always cancel the C09 when they have issued C31 for some people. When no other option is available C31 will be the last resort, so use it

They don't cancel the C09. I received my EAD C31 and the Approval letter first and I still received my C09 renewal after. Both cards are valid when i checked online E-Verify.

I said some people. Someone said so on this platform. It’s depends on the officer. If that happens, you are left with no option. That is my point

i understand. It's weird that they cancelled the C09 since until the I 485 is pending it remains eligible for both C09 + AP. Also if you renewal under C31 you must pay the fee, only the first EAD is free.

Really! That is really weird for an abused victim. We pray for speedy approval to avoid continuous renewal of Ead. I have two now. One from old I485 and one from new Vawa. Because we never know what would happen after telling officers to hold it. May God soothe our pains. The time is killing.

Hey everyone, just got received my interview notice in NYC for early January. I am super excited, however it says I-751 interview for removal of conditions but I don't have green card yet, I have an approved VAWA. Has anyone ever been in the same situation? Please help, it's making me nervous. Thank you guys!

Don't be worried! Set the record straight when you arrive for your interview! That's part of the purpose!😊👍

Dear house I have a question my current work authorization and advance parole Under category c09 is going to expire on 13 June 2020 can I apply for the renewal of the same on 13 December 2019.

Moreover do I have to pay the fees for the work authorization and advance parole or it should be exempt from the fees
