Try to set your mind at rest..I had a valid C9 before I got C31 after approval...both are valid! USCIS never said it was invalid. I use both! Only USCIS can decide if it's invalid or not!💁

Congrats on your extension!!

IF your I-485 will be pending then yes, apply for your EAD C09 extension , If I were you I would do it in June -July 2020. 

When your VAWA will be approved they will send you automatically EAD c31 different category, but again you can't rely on their timeline for an approval.

Great! So there is no need to answer on RFE for your case1, just concentrate on a Case2 , but they might send you the same RFE with the same evidence to prove just attached to your Case#2.

Congratulation!! 

You VAWA has been approved and they will mail yo EAD C31 (category), that is ok if you have two EAD's.

First, I think It is weird they have asked you for affidavit of support for your I-485, as VAWA petitioners exempt from it, we just have to file I864-W.

Second, your RFE might have gotten lost and USCIS never received it on time. It is a bummer, but again it is not the end of the world.

You either will be given a chance to refile I-485 or you might file  a motion to reopen your case, also I would contact a local congressman or a senator and ask their help.

So for example of I need to travel, do i need to apply travel document based on my pending i360 again? Or i can travel with c09 AP?

You can travel with your CO9 provided it’s combo and still valid. But if it’s has expired, you will apply for advanced parole and attach your C31 with it. Both serve the same purpose and validity key.

Hello house,I have submitted my EAD renewal now for past 2 weeks ,still anticipating for the receipt ,how long does it take you to get the receipt after submission, cause my present EAD will be expiring in 2 months time and I need to renew my drivers license here in jersey, the DMV told me to bring the receipt of my newly filed renewal of EAD to get my drivers license renewed !!!! 

    I also have a question,Do one needs to go to interview with affidavit of support on vawa interview!!! I meant i864!!! Did all other people that went for their interview go with affidavit of support ,would be waiting to hear back from y’all

I believe everyone has had a different experience! For me it took about 4weeks to get it..so be patient it will arrive! Also VAWA petitioners need i864w not i864 please read more about it to get a clearer picture. Just a click away on your phone.😊👍 one more thing, It's always advisable to renew EAD 6months before expiration. Take note for next time..

I hope so too! But like I adviced, next time do it way earlier..we are allowed to renew up to 180days prior to expiration!👍
