I don’t have the details, but reading the denial notice, you could see where it reads receipt number EAC....... so I’m guessing it’s I485 after VAWA approval

Some EAD and I-130 and I-485 come with EAC numbers now. I dont know what criteria they use because they issue MSC numbers to some people and EAC numbers to others.

I believe I got the MSC letters/number because it was generated at the Missouri service center (NBC) where my petition was first sent to- marriage based..way before VAWA petition. I see most people who filed their petitions to Vermont..i360, i485, i765..etc..mostly have the EAC letters/numbers...💁

Not having a good holiday... story of my life. This came months after the interview.

Case Status Online - Case Status.png

Hello my dear, i'm sorry this happened to you but there is always a way to reverse it. God be with you. And one thing I know for sure is God is Abel. He will give you whatever is needed in the desert. US isn't the only country to live. Don't overthink about it. Do whatever is needed and leave it to God. Blessings to you

When did you apply? Did they say the reason as to why they denied?

i don't know the reason yet, i have to wait for the letter. But i suspect they did not receive my rfe response because when my attorney  sent it via certified mail after the interview case status was never updated to "Rfe response received". This is just my wild guess

Wow! Many times admissibility issues contributes to denial..amongst other concerns..but suicidal should give us the details..there has to be a valid reason..this is kind of strange!💁

i dont have the details yet because i don't have the letter but i went to the interview and everything was good. The interviewer told me they will send me RFE for 1 document. I received RFE, responded to it. They never updated case status for months to acknowledge receiving RFE but to me that didn't shock me because USCIS is notorious for not updating things on the website. I knew it was delivered because my attorney sent it via certified mail.

So one day  i asked my senator to inquire on my case then a few  days later when i  checked my case status it  had changed to "case denied"

It will be well very soon and I pray for speedy response
