If a spouse tells you to quit a job repeatedly because at the workplace she feels insecure about the women at the job..is that not financial abuse ? If a spouse, repeatedly calls you at your job at work hours, non stop trying to get you fired, is that not financial abuse ? If a spouse, while getting ready for work, ask you if you already put in application because she wants you to quit your job and you tell the spouse am keeping my job, and she in turn takes the knife she’s using to make breakfast for you that morning and slash your work back pack in halves is that not financial abuse ? If a spouse, decides not to pay the rent, and I gave her the rent on the second day of the month, and I thinking she paid the rent, comes home one night on the 18th day of the month and see court eviction letter on the door, I ask why the rent was not not paid on the 2nd day of the month, she tells me she can pay it anytime she likes and in the argument decides to hold the 955 dollar rent, goes inside to start packing my clothes, etc and tells me to leave and calls the cops to kick me out of the house is that not financial abuse ? Am asking these, because I went through all these and many more including being raped by my wife in the middle of the night . Men can be raped, not only women .

This morning,Thanksgiving Day, I posted a video on my instagram saying how grateful I am to God because he blessed each one  here,  remember " YOU ARE A  SURVIVOR  OF ABUSE", victims are those that lost their lives due to domestic violence then you have a lot to Thank God today and every day. I am wishing you all a Thanksgiving that is filled with peace and love, and a special thanks to all Visa journey's moderators because day in and day out they are here providing/monitoring  this platform, that is a blessing to many.

-I360 received by USCIS on May 18th 2018

-First prima Facie received  june 6th 2018

-Second prima facie received June 2nd 2019

-Uscis received police clearance from home country: July 26th 2019 (note that i didnt recieve RFE, i decided to send it base on reading multiple thread in this lovely forum).

-Card being produced: 11/27/2019.

My interview was last week 11/19 and My ex wife is a LPR. Letter arrived yesterday at my lawyer office about the i485 approval and the update about card being produce is now. 

Card Was Picked Up By The United States Postal Service

 

Tracking the card, it says that is now on its way to its final destinations in Newark ,where my lawyer have his office.

Now im completely loosing my mind!! I saw what my lawyer wrote to uscis..

 

1. "other than the few things that are included in the case, there’s not very much available to show they lived together. "

2. "While documentation of the two of them together is somewhat sparse" - what the hell he is talking about?! I gave him email prove we paid the deposit, emails from the hoa office, policy insurance of the apartment, i gave him lease agreement on the second apartment we lived, testimony of my family that visit us. There is around the 1500 photos including wedding, daily, family photos, friends photos. 

 

He also didnt include screenshots from IG proofing my abuser uploads our photos. 

He made mistake in the day we were married( wrote 17 instead of the 7th) i think my case is going to be rejected 🙅 😭😭😭 i gave him so much things to prove all our relationship (including text between us talking about lunch or going somewhere) it's bad. Completely bad and I don't know what to do!! He messed up with my case and since there is no request to USCIS officer to request more evidence i think im in big problems. 

 

Please give me good and real advice what to do now? I asked before but didn't saw clear answer: can I send USCIS a letter that release my lawyer from my case and in the same time to asked them copy of what he send them?? I will not be able to fix it without knowing how he submit my case. What he included and what no( like our photos, lease agreement, emails, text msg, social media posts etc...)

The Lord is your strength. Wait to receive the notice to determine what route to go. Sometimes the denial is as a result of flimsy things that can obviously be fixed. So don’t give up.

Just woke up..and I'm kind if confused...do you know if suicidal has an approved VAWA or this is the marriage based interview decision?😕 regardless it's sad!

So sorry to see this...don't know the details of your case but do you have an approved VAWA? Need more info about this..will help make sense why it was denied and what next..with the right intervention, it can be reconsidered..and reversed!👍

I don’t have the details, but reading the denial notice, you could see where it reads receipt number EAC....... so I’m guessing it’s I485 after VAWA approval

Wow! Many times admissibility issues contributes to denial..amongst other concerns..but suicidal should give us the details..there has to be a valid reason..this is kind of strange!💁
