-I360 received by USCIS on May 18th 2018

-First prima Facie received  june 6th 2018

-Second prima facie received June 2nd 2019

-Uscis received police clearance from home country: July 26th 2019 (note that i didnt recieve RFE, i decided to send it base on reading multiple thread in this lovely forum).

-Card being produced: 11/27/2019.

Those who have not received any updates yet. I will keep praying for you all. Thanks for your support and prayers.

When you get an RFE after going for an i-485 interview.. does it usually  get mailed to Vermont or the Local field office where you had an interview?.

Something is weird. I've been waiting for my receipt around the 8 weeks now. I email my lawyer and asked him to see copy of my file. And i was shocked!!!! He DIDNT included any of our photos. He put his address in my petition to receive USCIS letters (part 3 in the i360)  so i will get no letter at all! he didn't include a lot of evidence like lease agreements and insurance. I paid him more then 5K !!! Its crazy that he did bad work  he didn't send me how he really send the package.. he only send me link to dropbox folder and  all my documents were there. Please advise me what to do. How can I receive copy of what he really send to them? So i will be able to fix his mistakes!! And what i do about the notifications from USCIS how can i get them to change to my address the letters??

Am sorry you’ve waited this long for your I-360 receipt. Your attorney is callous and was not thinking about the success of his client but thinking about lining his or her pocket with a few more dollar of yours, he was hoping to charge you more when you receive RFE . 
 

it’s your choice to keep him as your attorney or continue. You can always send Vermont a letter saying you’d like to withdraw your legal representatives and intend to continue your application without an attorney on file . And USCIS, will communicate with only you . 
 

Most of us didn’t use an attorney, I don’t have money for one . And I can’t have an attorney ruin my case or give me headaches, I already received enough headaches from my abusive ex wife .

Local office because they are handling your case
