Good morning my friends,

been a long time I’ve been here. I just received my Prima Facie (valid for a year ) . I don’t even know what to do with it 😂

 

Anyone living in Houston Texas, how can i use it to apply for Health and Dental insurance besides school benefits  ?

Yes you can get medicaid along in combination state health insurance, (includes dental and vision benefits ), also Snap (food stamps benefits) and FAFSA check with your local human resource office... but i received all with prima facie.

it can be easily corrected. just write a letter to them and they will send you the correct one

Hey Family. I just got a Thanksgiving gift from USCIS. My i360 Status changed to card is being ordered. My time line is as follows:

-I360 received by USCIS on May 18th 2018

-First prima Facie received  june 6th 2018

-Second prima facie received June 2nd 2019

-Uscis received police clearance from home country: July 26th 2019 (note that i didnt recieve RFE, i decided to send it base on reading multiple thread in this lovely forum).

-Card being produced: 11/27/2019.

Those who have not received any updates yet. I will keep praying for you all. Thanks for your support and prayers.

Congratulation what are the supporting documents you send with your I360 do you a police report or some court restraint order as well

I sent so many documents. I divided my documents into 3 groups.

-first group. Married certificate, join lease and house bill, joint car title, join phone bills, join bank account, pictures with family and friend on Christmas and thanks giving, wedding pictures,  post cards from friends addressed to us

-second group was for abuse: Medical report with from urgent care clinic with diagnisis of panic attack, and medications for anxiety, marriage counseling report (I hard to sessions), psychologic evaluation report (15 pages long with diagnosis of post traumatic stress disorder from my matriage), 3 affidavit of support to prove my case( One from my uncle 1 from my cousin and one from my best friend).

- third group was Proof of good moral character. Police clearance report from the 2 cities i had lived in in the last 18 month ( i had only been in the usa for 18 months then), letter from my pastor that i always attend church service and attesting to my Character ( i attend first Presbyterian church, its a small church and I know almost everybody in church),  letter from my coworkers attesting to my punctuality at work. 

One year letter without any RFE i decided to send police clearance report from my home country

@FeDaniela my attorney just forwarded me the transfer notice..it says the i765 renewal was moved to Vermont! How long after yours was transferred to Vermont was it approved?😕 and how long did it take for them to move it to Vermont from NBC? I believe this is my last renewal! Ziongirl said they denied hers because she was soon to be scheduled for interview..I have no idea if that's what they intend to do with me as well..because USCIS told my senator I will be scheduled soon couple of months ago!💁

After I received the transfer notice my EAD was approved around 2  weeks later, but if you received the transfer notice it means NBC just sent it to Vermont...

The online status says it was transferred on the 19th of November..but I'm only just getting the notice now. How long was your i765 in NBC before the transfer though?😕

My I-765 was on NBC for 8 months.
