I-485 sent to field office: July 26, 2019

Interview schedule for: December 16, 2019

 

#I’ve previously posted a full breakdown of my timeline incase you need to take a look.

congrats.. don't worry you will get it.. My timeline is very similar. On june 7th, they approved your vawa and on june 6th, they sent me RFE.. that's what delayed my approval.. but I am also expecting an interview within few months. What is your field office?

Thank You. my vawa got approved on 13th November. once you got your c31, after how many days you received your approval notice? I applied vawa on same Dec 19, 2017

Vermont service center received my response to their RFE on Friday, I tracked it on usps. But they haven’t update my case that it’s been received. How long will it be till they update it on their site?

it will usually take 2 weeks. but mine updated within 7 days. wait till friday or next monday it will show.. 2 days are holidays..

It can take 3days and up...to update! Mine was about 4days! Monitor it and keep us updated!😊👍

Case transferred around the same time I received the approval notice. 
 

I received a doc with the approval notice that states I am not a priority on their removal list and no need I worry unless my case gets denied.

@Shroy123 usually when they send you approval notice, they accompany it with the deffered action notice that gives you a low priority on deportation list! Don't worry it's coming!😊👍

It's not specifically for those in removal proceedings! USCIS just sends it alongside the approval letter because we are yet to adjust status..so this buys us time to adjust status...I think!💁😊
