It was like $365.00 or something need to double check, but if someone here in NYC knows a Doctor office from the USCIS list that will take insurance for the I-693 medicals to please let us know.

Google doctors  in your location who accept insurance and then also those who will bill your Medicals as “annual physical”.
My insurance doesn’t cover immigration Medical exams but I went to a designated uscis doctor who billed it as “annual physicals” to my insurance company and it was covered completely.
I paid only $35 out of pocket.

Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your interview notice by December 21, 2019, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If the Officer at the interview holds your I-485 your EAD will be renew. As long as the I-485 is still pending you can keep renewing Your EAD until all your process is done (I-360 + I-485) and you have your green card on hand.  But if officer denies it also the EAD and AP becomes Null, you will have to sent a new AOS status package including I-485, I-765,

I-131 to Vermont Service Center.

In that case - if your I485 is denied, do you apply for I360 and I765 under C09 or C31 category?
