Now this is all adding up. Wow! However, I submitted my application at NBC instead of Vermont. Is it possible that they transferred it to Vermont? My online status all along says its being processed at the NBC location.

My initial submission was to NBC..my lawyer did that though...but it was transferred to Vermont. Now they say transferred to a new office that has jurisdiction. Anyway when I receive the letter I will let y'all know what is going on! 😕💁

@FeDaniela you said all I explained happened to you before..but why the transfer notice since USCIS already told my senator that my case was in Vermont a month ago..so where is it been transferred to???😳😳😳 I'm trying to see how I can go stop it before they take it far away..🚶 LMAO😂😂😂

Well they been messy with their notifications, when mine was transfer i got the transfer notice from USCIS 2 weeks after the approval messages and 5 days the card on hand.....  but Maybe it was on queue to be transfer and told that to your senator and they just did on Nov. 19th...

Ok. Please keep us posted so that we can try and find some unique patterns in USCIS. And know how to advise future petitioners

Oh I see! It's coming together! I hope so..I'm only excited for it because it has a further/later expiration date than my C31..giving me more time just in case USCIS want to delay after interview..I really am tired of renewing EAD! It needs to come to a halt!!! Godbless you dear..can't wait for your approval!💗💖

I have the exact same PD 05/18/2018. My second Prima Facie expires on 12/15/2019 which is approximately 3.5weeks from now. No RFE so far and not praying for one though 😆😊. I applied for EAD renewal to NBC instead of vermont and its been 6.5 months with no updates (EAD C09 processing time at NBC now is 5 to 7 months. So i am patiently waiting). I am also waiting for either another Prima Facie or Vawa approval before 12/15/2019. Will keep you all updated. This forum has really opened my mind to a lot of things. No one can pay for all the knowledge that we have gained in here. Its priceless. Thank you all.  And good luck in the struggle.

Thanks for sharing

please, let stay in touch

Dear house

I have a very important question even if your VAWA is approved or not you can still apply for the renewal of I-765 and i131 advance parole since your I-485 is pending why USCIS will decline your I-765 and I-131 under c09 category ie green card pending.

its sound strange because I know lot of people who has two cards one under c31 VAWA approved and the other one work permit and advance parole under category c09 category.

Hmm if you have approved vawa, you should apply for category c31 instead of c09. I don't know if they are rejecting c09 after vawa approval

Hello my Vawa family, it’s been a while since I posted. I was busy preparing my RFE, which was for good faith marriage. As I stated before, my abuser and I had a joint account but that account was closed shortly after our marriage because he overdraft it and it was supposed to be our savings account. So USCIS said they need more evidence. They also stated that my original affidavit didn’t have enough details about our courtship and marriage.

I rewrote my affidavit about 17 pages detailing about when we first met, our courtship, when he met my family, when I met his family, our engagement, our wedding day and our marriage. I put all the details in it. I got 3 affidavits from my family who knew about the marriage. I also included text messages from him and I when he used to Confess his love to me. USCIS got it today so I am asking for prayers so I can get an approval soon. It’s been a long and painful journey. Thank you to everyone on this forum who take their time and explain things to those of us who need help. I am praying for everyone single one of us here. May we all get good news at the end of this journey.

Don't stress any further, your approval is coming and it's sure! Just keep praying..we're praying with you too!🙏😊
