Dear houseΒ

I have a very important question even if your VAWA is approved or not you can still apply for the renewal of I-765 and i131 advance parole since your I-485 is pending why USCISΒ will decline your I-765 and I-131 under c09 category ie green card pending.

its sound strange because I know lot of people who has two cards one under c31 VAWA approved and the other one work permit and advance parole under category c09 category.

Such are the strange things we see with USCIS most of the times! My C9 renewal is still pending....on the 19th and 20th I got a transfer notice for my i765..saying it has been transferred to a new office that has jurisdiction....πŸ’ I'm like..wth..approve it already!!!πŸ˜πŸ˜• I don't know if they're planning to deny it it just because my interview is near...

Vermont recently has been rejectingΒ I-765 form base on C09 if they already approved Vawa and sent C31 EAD some people on the forum experience this already their explanation is that a Work authorization documentΒ  has been already issue on your behalf... But in the rejection notice should explain what was the reason, but yesΒ you do qualify for EAD category C09 and AP. if your I-485 is still pending.... I guess if this happens we should apply for AP separate fromΒ I-765 c31 category one... Or resend the I-765 C09 with Copy I-485 and a letter explaining.Β

I have the exact same PD 05/18/2018. My second Prima Facie expires on 12/15/2019 which is approximately 3.5weeks from now. No RFE so far and not praying for one though πŸ˜†πŸ˜Š. I applied for EAD renewal to NBC instead of vermont and its been 6.5 months with no updates (EAD C09 processing time at NBC now is 5 to 7 months. So i am patiently waiting). I am also waiting for either another Prima Facie or Vawa approval before 12/15/2019. Will keep you all updated. This forum has really opened my mind to a lot of things. No one can pay for all the knowledge that we have gained in here. Its priceless. Thank you all.Β  And good luck in the struggle.Β

NBC will forward to Vermont for processing or Approved it and sent it to you as I seen before with another person in the forum. But if you see your petition is out of processing time please inquiry with congressperson, do not wait NBC take long on renewals. This happend to me and after 8 long months they transfer..Β

Also Kersac guess what? When my senator contacted USCIS concerning my pending i765..the reply was that "Your constituents case is located in Vermont. Please be advised that the i765 is pending adjudication of the principal form i485" bam!!! That's how I suspected they are planning to stall it pending my Greencard receipt!/approval!πŸ’

Now this is all adding up. Wow! However, I submitted my application at NBC instead of Vermont. Is it possible that they transferred it to Vermont? My online status all along says its being processed at the NBC location.
