Finally :-) They have moved your I485 to your local office. you need to do your medical now but wait for the receipt. Initial review means if they need any further documents from you.

Medicals are best done when you have an interview notice..to be on the safe side!😊👍 otherwise it just might expire..waste of funds!

How fast usually you can get your medicals? I just think if your interview notice comes by the end of this month, it only gives you about 2 weeks to prepare. Will it be enough? It’s coming darling, soon 🙏
