Hello Family, I need your opinion. My EAD was mailed on september 15. The tracking information shows scanning after scanning after a whole lot of emails with the USPS customer service they sent me an email this morning states that they want me to file for missing mail. what shall I do? I filled the missing mail report but should I send a letter to USCIS to inform my mail status?

Report the missing mail thru USPS, first give them a least one week to investigate sometimes they do find your mail., After you can make an inquired of your EAD document never received.

To those scared about those PDFs don’t be! If you have a real case you will be approved.

have faith and rest easy. I say it because my case was very complicated and I still got approved. I was a victim of mental, sexual and physical abuse.

The officers will know when someone has suffered abuse. It is always important to be consistent with everything you submit so please rest assured.

I waited 23 months until my approval and this process has been an agony but this forum has helped me so much; more than anything else.

if you’re reading this, I’m sending you positive vibes and energy regardless where you are in the process

Thank you dear, may God be with us.

Hmmm

words would fail me if I have to say all what am going through. Thanks to all who replied to my post. Waiting isn’t an easy process to go through.

I sometimes even think why and why I need all this.
Especially since I left
What do I want to prove? And to whom?
For someone to believe that they offend me?
I most of all in this topic and topic want to quit everything, this thing ...
If I could forget everything that happened and what he promised me and what he did to me ... I would quit. But  I do not can  erase the memory!

A very good advise i received was expectations might hurt  instead live the moment don't rely on the GC instead focus on the precious time utilize it be happy there are people who don't even have food to eat no home to live and yet you worry so much.

Over thinking and worrying made me very weak had crazy weight lose with scary looks so    slowly slowly i stopped many negative things dropped the expectations of GC and always thinks about other people who is doing less like my friend who died at very young age left behind wife and 2 kids recently another friend suffering with serious health issues says bro what am i gonna do with this USC when my health is not with me.   I realized my health and peace of mind is equally required in order to live the moment no matter which part of the world we live    cycle of life is the same every where.

Godbless you for this my dear! Let's all focus on the things that matters ONLY! Greencard doesn't bring happiness! Peace and happiness are priceless!t
