Amen darling, thank you so much, like they say what you don't know will not kill you. I  started having anxiety immediately i read those pdfs if appeal denials posted on here.

My dear i think cases are different, no two situations are the same. I am March 2018 filer waiting for 20months now, and i have seen, march, April and May approvals. Just be patient your time will come.

Happy to have you here my dear😊 yes there have been some May approvals but not all May petitioners have been approved! The wait times varies on a number of circumstances..excercise more patience..it will come!🙏

To those scared about those PDFs don’t be! If you have a real case you will be approved.

have faith and rest easy. I say it because my case was very complicated and I still got approved. I was a victim of mental, sexual and physical abuse.

 The officers will know when someone has suffered abuse. It is always important to be consistent with everything you submit so please rest assured.

I waited 23 months until my approval and this process has been an agony but this forum has helped me so much; more than anything else.

Hello everyone.

Organisation again told me that they would not give me a paper - documents about my psychological state (Although these people and psychologists actually help me by conducting conversations and even special sessions)
The organization said that only confirmation of the depressive state and the number of sessions can do, they cannot give details. This is a government organization.
I do not have the opportunity to look for another psychologist yet. They ask for big money, which I don’t have yet, and I’m not sure that those others will not be scammers.

@Chicago_315 When you have an attny its recommended to NOT do things behind their back. Many attnys will drop you as a client if you do something behind their back. So I suggest asking them if you can file the 131 on your own since you do not have the money for their fees. Just make sure they are aware that you will be doing it yourself. 

Thank you so much for your advice, and I did tell to my Lawyer that I will file it on my own instead of paying her to file and process my I-131.

It's always advisable to be courteous inform your attorney that you prefer to file a particular petition by yourself if you feel you cannot afford the fees. That petition is free and yes you can file on your own..but just keep your attorney informed!😊👍

Please take whatever they are willing to give you. I pray God will make it enough in the eyes of whatever USCIS official that is handling your case! Your affidavit is currently your strongest evidence. Make it worth the while. Talk about the efforts you made to see a psychologist for your well being, and their policy of not giving out details.describe in detail the sessions and solution proffered. Put in your all even if its a seperate affidavit to back up what little info the organisation is willing to put out. Hopefully a humane officer sympathises with you.🙏
