@Shroy123 hers went really fast! Most people here had to wait 3-4weeks for the status to change to approved, and one to two months for case transfer to NBC and then to local office! Let's hope yours goes that fast too!😊👍

Totally understand. You're approved..you don't have to be nervous..so many are still waiting for approval. You just left that category! Be happy dear..👯😀 focus on your i485 now.

Hi everyone,

My usc husband filed i130, i765, i485 for me in june 2019. I did my biometrics  in July 2019. My marriage was very abusive and he got arrested. He withdrew the i130 but this was after I filed i360. I file i360 and i131 August 7, 2019 and received receipts. Prima facie was determined October 31, 2019. 

On November 9, 2019, I received an update that my i485 was ready to be scheduled for an interview. I'm confused because my vawa has not been approved yet.

What is really going on @Stillwinning!!!😊

The interview you are scheduled for is not based on i360, it's the marriage based. You should endeavor to attend with your i360 receipt and prima facie if you have..advise the officer who will be interviewing you that you have filed for VAWA and they should please hold your i485 in abeyance pending i360 adjudication. I hope you understand now what is going on..😊👍

Thank you for your prompt response to my question. Do you think I will still be given the ead card based on my previously filed i7655. The attorney sent in copies of NOA for both i485 and i765 along with my i360 application and also a cover letter asking to have my i485 to be held in obeyance pending i360 adjudication. 

I'm not sure what is happening because I'm desperately in need of my ead.

go for your interview and explain the IO the whole situation and i360 receipts. I hope they put your I485 on hold so you dont need to apply again

that's actually a good question. I don't even know if we can still continue if IO puts our I485 on hold? I guess yes because it hasn't been denied

If it is held, you will be receiving the EAD.

wow.. i wish I would have put my I485 on hold instead.. atleast i would have work permit but that's past ..

i think you can work with your existing EAD based on your I485 on hold
