I do have an attorney 😏but I feel so alone still.  he helped me filed the i360 and said he requested for them to reopen my case for the i485 in an effort to avoid from me repaying the fee.

No interview for EAD and/or AP, only biometrics. If you were fingerprinted at USCIS location before you will not be again.

Thank you, they already have my finger prints from last case, which also in motion of appeals, now finger crossed.

@sandranj do you think it makes better sense to  wait and see if USCIS will reopen my I485 case or should I file a fresh one based on VAWA? I really need to apply for a work permit.

your case has already been denied? I am not sure what is going on but if you think they will reopen it, wait otherwise you have to pay processing fees again

I think a waiver is possible. It's just a matter of decision..either wait for the outcome of the motion filed or file a fresh i485.. @Dordor1 ask your lawyer how far he's gone..and what's happening now!

certainly.. i would say its a matter of few days. wait until they reopen it again

File a new I485 I765 and I131 with a fee waiver.
