2 Petition, there is simply a letter that it has been received, but so far the petition is proceeding 1.

You must wait for the letter to arrive, to respond accordingly with what they asking.

I can not write or answer correctly.
First they sent (and I'm waiting for a paper document)
I sent and they received my rejection letter because the two things are the same. Later they received the rejection letter

 

I don’t know if I should answer their request for evidence when I receive it

Follow @sandranj advice respond to the RFE  saying that you want to withdraw the self petition form l360 because you filed a new Vawa petition.

because last when my wife n I applied, in november 2017, I didn’t get my ead and travel docsument till october 2018c I hope It won’t be the same this time.

Hi all,

My EAD (C09) + AP Extension was approved today 13NOV19.
I applied on 08JUL19, NOA1 date was 16JUL19.
Thank you God!
Now trying to figure out should I apply for EAD extension again in around 6 months or not? 
My VAWA was submitted in April 2019, so decision will be around November 2020 and exactly in November 2020 my new just extended EAD will be expiring, so do I need to apply for an extension again or all good because VAWA based one will be granted when and if approved?

EAD Combo card is taking arround 5 - 9months In Vermont Center... Don't forget everything have to be sent to Vermont Service Center.

Yes, it is totally safe if you have Advance Parole.
