They usually specify a timeframe! I remember mine was about 84days..so just play safe by sending their response in on time! If you can do it under 60days..or less please do.

Am worried mine doesnt specify any timeframe.. maybe it's because I applied from abroad or maybe it's an error. But I will try to follow your advice and try send the evidence before 60days is over to be on the safe side.

I didn’t get any of your comment

Sorry my screen froze, and for some reason deleted....  My comment was that you cannot use your old I-765 renewal receipt because you already received your EAD. When you sent your renewal application and than received your new receipt than that receipt is your automatic extension until your new EAD arrives.

Thats worrying because mine does not contain any deadline written on it. I have tried to read through it again and there is no deadline attached. I have attached a copy here.

The fact that a specified deadline is not given is the reason why am asking for a general time limit which people normally have to respond to RFE. If there was an error on mine then I would not want that to affect me. So as @Stillwinning!!!😊 suggested I would try to send the documents before 60days is over.

If you filed form l765 category C9 and didn’t receive the EAD (C9) until now then USCIS is referring to the form l765(C9).

Hi sandranj!

hope you are fine!

I did not apply for I-765 (C9) that one already expired and right before that I got the I-360 approved and got the C31, that is why I am confuse, just guessing that they transferred my file to my local office.

I did apply for I-131, but not combo card...

thank you!!!

Any crime involving a physical attack (or even the threat of an attack) is usually classified as an assault, a battery, or both. While harassment borders on aggressive pressure or intimidation!👍

@sandranj I want to ask if the my previous NOA that comes with my last Ead can be used as extension letter for 180 days ..it states there that I can also use it for extension while waiting for my renewal card ...

Where is the current NOA1 for the renewal card?  Each EAD has a new case number.  You cannot use the extension letter from your last card as the new NOA1 referrs to that you filed a renewal in a timely manner.

Bring your original Birth certificate, all the copies of  documents you filed in case of missing file, dont forget your I864W and new medical exam.

Marriage certificate or copy of divorce.

Give a specific reply to a question the IO will ask.

Good luck
