Everytime a processing action is taken on your case/file..it usually says that! It's a good thing..will probably update to approved! Wait for it..😊👍

I  my 360 (battered spouse) was filed in oct 2018 and was advised that everything was forwarded to Vermont including my original 485 around march this year. that was filed through my i-130.

I just filed my EAD extension back in May 2019 through NBC (sighh as I learned from this blog its not a good idea)  and still waiting. I hope that all my papers are transferred there. Last time I chatted with USCIS that they could not provide any status and I need to contact Vermont. 

Absolutely no updates and all my apps went in complete silence. I appreciate all the input or support I get  You guys seem to have more experience than me with this.

Welcome onboard VisaJourney! It's a whole new world here..anyways your EAD renewal should have been directed to Vermont..if not it just delays the process! I made that mistake too..well not me..my attorney! For the C9 renewal!😏 😀 but its all good my case has been forwarded to Vermont..I found out through my senator! Really don't care about that too much as I have my C31 EAD and USCIS told my senator that I will soon be scheduled for an interview!💁 you just have to be patient my dear!💙💜💚💛

Hello everyone
I went to the electronic office. I saw that I was sent a request for additional evidence.  in writing, by mail I have not received it yet
I probably messed it up because I didn't figure it out.
They requested additional evidence, in the case which I wrote a letter to cancel!
This letter was received by their office.
There is no answer to another number in my case.
I worry that they don’t think that I am mocking or joking or giving them a lot of work.
Probably now it remains only to wait. But I’m still unpleasant. I don’t even know what to do ....
I repeat once again that a letter with the cancellation of the case was delivered to them (I sent with tracking) it came toVermont recently.
I got confused myself and confused them ... Oh my God ...

we were already scheduled for an interview before and would’ve not been able to get this far without a birth certificate. Only delays our process.

Wait for the rfe letter. Probably they are asking for proofs of emotional abuse

I can't ask you to panick so i'ld say calm down and see what the RFE is for. RFE was definitely expected. An attorney would have been very useful to you as said a thousand times before..but these are just such times it becomes glaring! You may need to write again...

What's this recent trend of birth certificate RFE?😳 I hope they don't use that tactics to delay me any further..so far I've only received request to update i693. Did you ever get the courtesy letter?

Yes, maybe thanks for the answer.
But I canceled this case, as there are two of them ...
But while in the office there are two of them. I sent a cancellation and apology letter. Their request for evidence was sent to the canceled case.

It’s really frustrating for them to ask. This will be my third time sending it overall.

i hope this is the only issue but if they haven’t asked you for it hopefully they won’t at all. I think they just transferred my case to NBC, I was approved Aug 8 and still no courtesy letter.

There is no "public charge" bar to receiving naturalization in the United States. Public Charge rules applies in those Cases Where You Do Have to Show “Admissibility” and in those cases Sponsorship is required, AOS, Family Petitions Etc...  You do not have to show that you are “admissible” to become a naturalized U.S. citizen. You need to show US Citizen Naturalization requirements. 

USCIS makes it clear: https://www.uscis.gov/greencard/public-charge  

*Don't worry and get your health insurance through the Marketplace at that cost you can afford  according with your income.
