I have tried to attach the rfe I received.

They are not asking for evidence that we resident together. I had visited my husband many times usa and I gave all flight tickets showing the dates  I visited him. Also the visa waiver and stamps which i used also had his primary address as place of residence while in usa.The last time he battered me I was taken to hospital by ambulance and his address was recorded on the medical journals as the place I resided. I already send those documents with the original vawa  application.

 As you can see in the Rfe they are not asking for prove we resided together. They are asking for good faith marriage and  good moral character.   Somehow I know its easy to prove good faith marriage if we had lived together.  I will do my best to write and explain everything in my power. 

 

What bothers me about the moral character is that they ask for clearance from each locality I have lived for atleast six months during past three years.  I have l ived in same place for 10 years and I already gave a police clearance. Do I order a new one or do I send the one I already send with an explanation. .

In usa the longest I lived there was 3 weeks.  

But it was every second or third month I visited my abuser. Ohh God knows how it pains to even think of all I have endured.  I almost died in the hands of this man. I miscarried. It's hard to forget this things. They are deep rooted in my brain. I am afraid to ever love again. 

 

As it Concerns goodfaith marriage I will just pour my heart to write all I can remember. The rest I leave to God. Only he can fight for me. My family will write all they know. And see where that gets me.

No I didnt.  I was never there for more than 3 weeks at a time. They say atleast 6 months. I was there the longest 3 to 4 weeks at a time.  

Is it possible to get a police clearance from a state in usa If I dont live there?.  I mean if I am  only a visitor not lasting more than 3 weeks every second to third month.

I have possibility to travel to the USA. I can do it if need be to get the report .I never overstayed any visa.

 

try to contact the city police department where you visited. show them your US visa and they might help you. explain them you stayed in the city for maximum of 4 weeks and they can pull up your name and find no records of any criminal activity. try that

after your vawa gets approved. you should have applied under c09 as you submitted your I485 as well

Do you think having the therapy sessions done through the college clinic will be okay?
Or I have to look for a professional outside the college environment. The session is every two weeks. I will appreciate all perspectives on this. Thank you all.

I received an RFE on my pending AOS from NBC, they require my birth certificate. 
I had already sent them my birth certificate twice but I guess it’s missing from my file.. question here is:

 

can I re-send the Same translation I used 3 years ago or it needs to be a new one?

Since the birth certificate does not change or update, you might be able to use the previous translation..but hey hear other views!

Question about providing proofs of residence with the abuser. When I met my abuser he was living in NJ  but he would fly every weekend to FL. When we were dating we both rented a place in FL and he would spend only the weekend In FL and had to go back to NJ where he works. When we got married he bought an apartment in NJ for us (only under his name) and I supposed to move to NJ but because of the abuse I decided stay in FL. He continued spending the weekends in FL. I never lived in NJ and most of the time, because of his business, he was at NJ. I sent 3 FL lease agreements under both our names to prove that we shared residence in FL. Also FL utilities bills but they were all under his name only. The only thing that we have under both names are the lease agreements, car insurance, and the statements showing he was transferring  money to me to pay the bills. We have a baby together.We got married right before he got divorce ( he was cheating and I didn’t know that). He also applied for green card to his previous wife and their residence was in NJ. He had a very short marriage with her (8 months only). I’m worried  about immigration don’t take in consideration our shared residence in FL since he also lives in another state and is most of the time in NJ because he has business there. I would like to know your comments about it please!

Supply them with every evidence within reach and use the power of the detailed affidavit to give them closure! That affidavit is an opportunity to explain your peculiar situation. Why you don't have some documents..irregularities, infact it sheds light into a situation! For those of you wondering what to do whereby there's no supporting documents/evidence use the affidavit to weave up magic!😊 tell your story! It will end beautifully!💙💜🙏🙏
