Considering you have a shelter letter and a psychological evaluation then you are good. Just gather some affidavits from family and friends  stating about  bonafide marriage and if they know about the abuse they can mention about the abuse as well.If you are divorced you can file the waiver based on extreme cruelty and divorce as well, but if you are not divorced then file based just on extreme cruelty

Thank you @sandranj

you are very helpful... god bless you

Yes you can file I-751 WAIVER based on abuse or on abuse and divorce. Old evidences will be considered valid as well, but you should explain very well in your affidavit why you waited until you got the green card to disclose the abuse. Of course you can file the waiver based on abuse now, but if the abuse was happening before you got the green card then explain to them why you continued living with him until now.

Thank you @sandranj

when do I file the waiver ? Do I have to wait till 90 days before the 2 year conditional green card expires ?
Or do I file it now ?

will it make any difference in immigration processing time wise ?

Sign your child’s name and then write BY and sign your name .

Select the box “preparer” and put you name and sign as well.

If u have left the marriage and are no longer living together, you can file it now.

Just received refund check from I-693 Doctor's appt.

I used my medical insurance to cover appt, but still had to pay the fee and once insurance approved it, they refunded my money.

So when you do your medical, always check if they take your insurance.

He is the Healer His word is very clear about it. And thus I stand by His word and pray for your healing. May our father in heaven come down and touch you tonight. You are in my prayers. Get well soon

Hi, am new to this forum, my vawa case is approved and I have been approved advance parole, but need to travel back to my country for an emergency issue,  I want to know if it is safe to travel with advance parole if you have accrued unlawful presence in the USA? Sandra or anyone can help, thanks

It is safe to travel with AP if you have no Criminal records or are not in removing procedings with the immigration court. After the Matter of Arrabally, CBP Officers should not consider a temporary travel from the US with AP a "departure".
