Thanks a lot for the information,  I was thinking accrued unlawful presence in the USA can make you inadmissible when you want to enter. I was worried about that. Thanks a lot

I had 10 years of overstay I had no issue , entering the country.

@fedaniela I want to ask you if you actually paid for the renewal of your EAD on same category..I want to renew mine on same category C09..my i485 is with Vermont center...

No. I did not paid for my EAD / AP renewal. I initially paid I-485 fee when i filed, renewal should be at no cost if you initially paid I-485 fee.

@fedaniela when last did you renew your ead and what are the documents you sent to Vermont for renewal ,and how long did it take them to send you receipt !!!!

I want to ask if anyone lives in New Jersey and renews his or her drivers license while waiting for the renewal of their EAD,can I go with my vawa receipt,i485 receipt cause I don’t know when the receipt for the renewal will come out .,thanks

Sorry for the late response. It really depends. Sometimes they get back fast sometimes slow! From my experience anywhere from 5 days through 3weeks! 👍

VAWA petitioners don't accrue unlawful presence .

If your VAWA is pending with Vermont you have to submit form I-765 to Vermont ,if you filed  "Vawa cancelation of removal" with the Court then you have to renew with the Court.

I am very busy lately then I am not coming here every da y but I try  to to answer all questions on the thread at least 3 times per week.

I had to stay home this week because I was very ill but thank God I am fine now. I have a surgery coming up on December 26, please folks keep me in your prayers.
