Hello @sandranj I have another question please. I have a work permit that is based on my current status, which is withholding of removal. It expires in March. My question is should I send the renewal to Vermont because my Vawa is still pending or should I send it to the NBC where I used to send it to?

Everything goes to Vermont . If you have a pending application in Vermont center .

I met on FB
with a woman who also asked for help
I'm tired of hearing such bullying.
These bullying are not physical (in her words)
They also had no marriage
I don’t know how to help her.
She is crying and upset. And seeks advice

Is she asking help regarding the abuse suffered or about her immigration status?,if it's about immigration status she can't file VAWA since she is not married, she won't qualify for U visa either. If she is asking help because of the abuse suffered she should join some therapy groups in her State, she can google and she will find the help she needs to overcome abuse.

If they are not married she can not file VAWA. She may be able to get a U visa. She should contact a pro-bono attny near her to see if the U visa is possible. In the US you can dial 2-1-1 for non emergency services or use http://www.211.org/ to find domestic violence resources near you.

I understood the person was just psychologically abused, that being said she doesn't qualify for U visa  based on psychological abuse because she  needs form I-918B CERTIFICATION signed by  the police, Judge or Prosecutor.

Good evening everyone! Is there anyone here with a template of notarized change of address and cover letter format for sending additional evidence to Vermont? Please and thank you! :)

Use form AR11, sign and submit to USCIS by mail.

Really depends on the field office..and flow of work speed! But averagely I'll say anywhere from 5-12months! I got my Courtesy letter in July...so yeah...a little more waiting to do.👍

Vermont.. and its only 5 months and USCIS is taking longer time to issue new EAD so submit it now

Hello everyone my dears.
I must tell you ... My ex-husband sends me messages threatening me and the man who helped me while my son and I lived in the United States.
I did not block his email to show these messages as evidence in the USCIS, if necessary
I do not communicate and do not respond to letters with his threats.
Now he again sent me all sorts of nonsense ... and in addition also a photo or a picture. I wrote above that he is fond of magic and all sorts of nonsense. A photo of just such an image. I’m not afraid of him, but it’s very unpleasant for me.

@natalysmile these are the strong evidences. you should send those along with you psychiatrist report. just write in your affidavit you feel scared or depressed but as mentioned earlier do not write anything about black magic..

I had traveled 3x times with Advance Parole, last time was August 2019, no problem on reenter, if you have no criminal record, and no pending deportation should not be any problem
