  1. Part 2. Application Type, Item Number 1.d. of Form I-131 says "purpose of trip" what shall I fill? I'm going to visit my minor (7 & 9) kids

That is a one good reason.

Just write : Visit my children or something like that.

You can allays attached to your I-31 a cover letter with an explanation why do you need to travel outside US.

Good Luck!

Hello everyone my dears.
I must tell you ... My ex-husband sends me messages threatening me and the man who helped me while my son and I lived in the United States.
I did not block his email to show these messages as evidence in the USCIS, if necessary
I do not communicate and do not respond to letters with his threats.
Now he again sent me all sorts of nonsense ... and in addition also a photo or a picture. I wrote above that he is fond of magic and all sorts of nonsense. A photo of just such an image. I’m not afraid of him, but it’s very unpleasant for me.

Just block him, you won't be submitting to USCIS every single email that he emails you.

Hi everyone

I am still rewriting my personal affidavit for good faith marriage, since I got the request for additional evidence.  Should I include the abuse that was included in my initial Affidavit? I appreciate all your help

If the RFE is not about abuse then you don't have to mention about the abuse anymore.

Hello VJ family,

I pray to god to five strength and patience in our journey and may god approve all of us and provide us good means of earnings to provide our family. Amen

A small questions about mental therapy sessions      Since i moved to east to west coast i haven't been taking sessions due some reasons....  i took sessions for almost a year and paused since 9 months ... so my question is will this gape an issue ?  can suggest me therapy in Los Angeles at an affordable as i wont be able to afford at the very moment !!!   Filled VAWA on August 2018 now waiting for 2nd AP.     please help.

You can stop your therapy when you want, and immigration does not care when you stopped your   therapy.

I meant removal of conditions on my 2 year conditional green card

no I am not in removal proceedings ...

I am sorry I made it confusing

should have explained better

I have a conditional green card approved for 2 years ... however I need a waiver to remove those conditions after 2 years

I need to do a extreme cruelty or abuse waiver ... I do not know much about it and so I am asking information from you all if you can guide me to the right thread or sub forum or if you all can guide me on it

Considering you have a shelter letter and a psychological evaluation then you are good. Just gather some affidavits from family and friends  stating about  bonafide marriage and if they know about the abuse they can mention about the abuse as well.If you are divorced you can file the waiver based on extreme cruelty and divorce as well, but if you are not divorced then file based just on extreme cruelty

Thank you so much! The REF is about good faith marriage, they said my initial statement didn’t include enough details about our courtship, our marriage ceremony, the things we had in common. We had a joint account but my ex husband overdraft the account a few months into our marriage, which resulted in the account being closed. Uscis said that’s not enough to prove good faith marriage

I was in a abusive marriage but I truly loved the man and I hoped things would work out . So like a true abuse cycle I kept going on with the relationship as he kept promising he would change . I had contemplated filing vawa long back and collected evidence of abuse ( Some letters from DV advocates pyschologist letter , letter from a doctor treating ) but I never got to file the vawa as my abuser brainwashed me into giving marriage a second chance . Fast forward we went to AOS interview together have a approved conditional green card , however I don’t see the marriage lasting till the end of the 2 year where removal of conditions need to be filed. I fear further abuse as now I am further more dependable on him especially with the conditional GC and need him to ROC ( removal of conditions )
What are my options ? Can I file  a ROC using abuse waiver ? I need more info on that ... will my old evidences of abuse help in that abuse waiver ?

I made a mistake of not filing VAWA back then I want to take the right steps now

Yes you can file I-751 WAIVER based on abuse or on abuse and divorce. Old evidences will be considered valid as well, but you should explain very well in your affidavit why you waited until you got the green card to disclose the abuse. Of course you can file the waiver based on abuse now, but if the abuse was happening before you got the green card then explain to them why you continued living with him until now.

@sandranj I like the way you come back here and continue from where you stop answering questions. Going through questions and spreading the answers like wild fire . You’re appreciated and thank you for your good work . God bless you .
