So basically the Detailed  pyschologist evaluation and my DV shelter record and DV advocate letter and the doctor who assessed my injuries - all these are basically waste ? they are all dated back in past

Nothing is wasted gather all you have...from past and present. There should be a history of the abuse you suffered..get statements from witnesses..take your time and gather what you can..you cannot give what you don't have..💁

I had contemplated filing vawa long back and collected evidence of abuse ( Some letters from DV advocates pyschologist letter , letter from a doctor treating ) but I never got to file the vawa as my abuser brainwashed me into giving marriage a second chance . Fast forward we went to AOS interview together have a approved conditional green card , however I don’t see the marriage lasting till the end of the 2 year where removal of conditions need to be filed. I fear further abuse as now I am further more dependable on him especially with the conditional GC and need him to ROC ( removal of conditions ) 
What are my options ? Can I file  a ROC using abuse waiver ? I need more info on that ... will my old evidences of abuse help in that abuse waiver ? 

I made a mistake of not filing VAWA back then I want to take the right steps now 

You can file for divorce waiver or extreme cruelty waiver.

As some of you may know VAWA case was approved this year and I am about to file I-485.

It took them 2 years to approve my case......  certainly a  long and doubtful time for me .....😐 

I was't even sure that it will be approved as I've thought that my abuse evidences weren't that strong. 😩

Today I want to share with you this resource, I've found, which helped me a lot and might help you in your VAWA journey.

I know it’s super late, but I can’t sleep right now. What website you’re using to check the status of your case? I just went back in Part 11 and someone mentioned the myaccount@USCIS.dhs.gov of which I never heard of. I signed up and it shows that as of yesterday “New Card is being produced”. I can’t let myself be happy yet as I am confused, I don’t know if this site is legit, as on my other USCIS account it doesn’t show any activity after the interview . Anyone who uses it, can you please put my doubts at rest? OMG! Please make it be true.

i have a question please ! 
how many Prima facie can anyone get ? 
i have heard before that they can issue up to 4 prima facie only .. all of them valid for 180 days except the last one which is valid for only 60 days ! 
is that correct !?

There's no set number to be received, and no particular order...all depends on the officer and which he believes is appropriate at each point in time. My last prima facie was valid for 180days and was still valid long after my i360 was approved early this year.

I have. It shows you a more current/recent update on your case. So get out your dancing shoes! Oh dear I'm really excited for you. God is so good!😘😘😊😊🍁🌺🌹🌻
