Thank you for the suggestions! I really appreciate it. I will definitely get affidavits from family and I will write my own affidavit as well. I am glad things worked in your favour, it gives me hope

I know it can be overwhelming especially at this point you've been given a request for evidence..but it truly helps to read earlier threads..everything been said now has been said before..all these information is saturated in previous threads. I pray you are approved after the RFE response..I still remember how anxious I was..will put you in my prayers hun.🙏

please follow the link to get FAFSA (financial aid)on the first link it is between the page 31-41. Print and take both documents with you to your school financial aid office. Most of them don't have an idea what Prima facia is. We are eligible with our prima facia & approval notice as it is written in this document.

If awaiting approval that has no approval notice but have only primae facie. Can only primae facie alone be used for fafsa ?

that's what it says on both documents. I suggest print and take it to the financial aid office doesn't hurt. read it through. the 2nd link is easy to read. the 1st one from page 31-41

While waiting on our approval it is advantageous to take classes.

I received the request for additional evidence and they’re asking for good faith of marriage. I had a joint account with my abuser but he overdraft the account shortly after we got married and the account was closed so they say they can’t accept that.  The lease was under his name because that’s the way he wanted it and I had no utility under my name because I wasn’t working at the time. When I suggested we file apply for life insurance he refused. We had no kids and we lived together for less than a year due to the abuse. I can get affidavits from a couple of my friends and also my own affidavit. Would that be enough?

Submit friends and family affidavits who can right for a good faith marriage. Also include all the pictures of you and him, text messages and an affidavit in details explaining why he did not add you in lease, and bank accounts etc as much ad possible details

Yes. And the receipt of your I-360 filed. Case approval notice is not necessary. This is one major benefit of prima face for anyone that wish to study. I am currently using it.

Good evening everyone! Is there anyone here with a template of notarized change of address and cover letter format for sending additional evidence to Vermont? Please and thank you! :)

Hey dear.. You can download the AR-11 change of address online USCIS site.. Also there is no fixed template for cover letter, just write a simple letter informing USCIS of the update..notarize it and support it with the actual change of address (AR-11) completed and signed form. That's my thought.
