Yes but I suggest that you provide as much information as you can for supporting documents

totally agree with this. regardless of terms used - solid proof, evidence, etc - if you can provide more supporting documents, then do so. we are at the mercy of USCIS' judgement. some of us here had an RFE in providing the usual template for the intent to marry letter. so we can't really predict what can happen.

denial because of not submitting pictures? shallow.

Take a picture with a newspaper that clearly shows the date OR take a picture with each holding their own air ticket.  High resolution picture please..  Attach that air ticket in the packet.  Both have dates, 2 humans in a photo.  Indisputable.

No digital photo can be guaranteed indisputable.   Have you ever heard of photoshop?  Pretty nifty digital manipulation program

YMMV

I mean we do what we can in the most legal honest way.   If the newspaper and the air ticket is brought to the interview as well, I mean why the need for photoshop if you did do all that real time... the CO can see you are trying your best to proof a visit.   This along with other family photos and landmark photos complete a bigger picture.  We do not want every picture has a date.. then it looks staged not so real.     Landmark, friends, tickets, etc.   Do what you can honestly and legally ... to your BEST ability like in a court to prove your innocence else death sentence attitude :)

You and I  don't need photoshop, but those who wish to apply and aren't eligible do.  That's why photos are of little utilitarian value because they can be manipulated (faked)

YMMV
